Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course as it's a dream for me to be an engineer. The college is having a quite big faculty. Faculty members are moderate and highly qualified. There a 4 internals among them 2 are conducted from college and 2 from the university and a final semester exam. Semester papers are a little hard as conducted by the university named MAKAUT

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Swiggy, Accenture, and lots of companies offer internships. Projects are made in the 3rd year so I am having no idea about that. But projects are made to clarify the doubts of the students and ppt presentations are also shown

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for placement from the 6th semester. Many companies visit like IBM, Accenture, etc. The highest package of this year is 12lpa. Most of the students get placement but last year students were facing problems in getting the joining letter from the company. My plan is to study abroad after completion this degree

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is increasing year by year because of market demand and college placement. Although the college promotes scholarships like svmcm, oasis and others. It also provides financial assistance through the student's credit card scheme.

Campus Life

No fest is held till now from my admission but small departmental cultural programs are held. The library is quite big but the availability of books is little stuff. There are lots of sports and extracurricular activities done on college campuses like cricket, football, volleyball, tennis, kabaddi etc. There are also many clubs run by students like the hardware club, photography Club etc

Admission

I gave the wbjee entrance and took admitted to this college. The admission process is a little lengthy. The application and other fee structure and other important things can be found on the official website of the Asansol Engineering College.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.
