Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because it is similar to cse course. The faculty is also good and the student ratio is good all attendance is mandatory teaching is very good there is a classroom teaching method and projector presentation exams are not difficult.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 165000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fess structure is given during admission and doesn't change till the course end no hike in college fees and student study cost is around 2 lac per year. No scholarship is given to students cause there are already reservations and government-approved scholarships.

Campus Life

Yash is the annual fest that is conducted every year in the month of November or December it includes all tech fest and everything the event lasts 2 weeks there are around 10k + books in the library. The classroom is good and equipped with all the necessary things. there are many social clubs.

Admission

Give mht cet exam and score above the 90 percentile then you will clear the cutoff of the CT course then through rounds you will get admission there are reservations on caste benefits also by which you can get the branch.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. I applied to Ramdeobaba, G.H.Raisoni , Sipna, YCCE. Got confirmed admisssion for all the colleges except Ramdeobaba. YCCE offers better teaching and placements as compared to other colleges in this list. I got rejected in Ramdeobaba due to the cut-off percentage being too high and me not being able to fullfil it.
