Likes

Greenary and fresh air coming from the campus
All the labs are so clean and well arrange
Faculty members are very helpful and kind

Dislikes

Workshop which has the very low quality !
Computer are not functionable in many labs
Parking and canteen are not very effective

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty are very good in teaching and other curriculum activities. Faculty help the student to get the right decision and to encourage participation in many programs which is important to upgrade yourself.

Internships Opportunities

I can't join any internship yet but In the future, I will definitely gonna do it. Because our college provides internship opportunities for the students to get more skills. There are so many projects that are done by the students which we can see in Innovation Center.

Placement Experience

Our college provides good placements for all branches but some branches are new so their placements aren't sure. But there is a strong possibility that they can get very good placement because in the market there is a boom in that fields.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got a scholarship because of my caste which is SBC. My fee is about Rs 33170. Which I paid by cash in college. The college also provides funds for entrepreneurship which encourage the student to throw their mind.

Campus Life

The campus is very good there are many trees are in the campus which provide fresh air to free your mind. College has lots of clubs like coding, dancing, singing, poetry, etc and all are free to all.

Admission

I was admitted through the cap round 2. I score 94 %tile in mhtcet exam to get the Computer Science Engineering branch in ycce. According to my caste, I paid the fees of college which is about 33170 I guess.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. I applied to Ramdeobaba, G.H.Raisoni , Sipna, YCCE. Got confirmed admisssion for all the colleges except Ramdeobaba. YCCE offers better teaching and placements as compared to other colleges in this list. I got rejected in Ramdeobaba due to the cut-off percentage being too high and me not being able to fullfil it.
