Remarks

Not a worth college. It can be improved by improving the condition of the college and providing more facilities to the students and the faculty.. they just eat up our money.

Entrance Preview

Comedk. Ended up rank wise of college. No interview process. Had interest in the course. So choose it as couldn't choose any other college which were out of Bangalore or not in high ranking college in the state. My course CSE is inspired by my school teachers who helped me to grasp a huge knowledge and interest in the field of computer science and engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

Bad. No practical. Just theoretical knowledge. Yes research is taken up by college. Electives like advanced java , artificial intelligence etc are there.

Internships Opportunities

No , college doesn't provide internship. Hopefully it will provide some information the future . They currently provide only workshops. No internship.

Placement Experience

Placement is going down .. previously it was good but now the standard of placement cell has gone down. Due to the change in staff of the placement cell. , Very less companies are visiting the college

Fee Structure And Facilities

Tution fees -150000 my batch +30000 miscellaneous Current batch 210000 per year +30000 miscellaneous Fees increased every year by 30000 .. But the local students of Karnataka have very less fees and they even get scholarship from the college and the government of Karnataka.

Normal faculty. Interactive a bit.. could be better and have more theoretical knowledge but they lack in concept and practical knowledge. Staff should be up to date but they are outdated with technology of 15 year old

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

I applied to many college like sjbit,global ,jnnce,pes,rv,bms and many more They above were all need a higher grade than what I had scored. Jss was near to my home and i had a direct bus root for the college and it has a big campus and a lot of good grades form the students to back it up I couldn't get into bms ,pes or rv because my grades weren't good enough. Honest review of JSS academy of technical education Bangalore

I chose this college because it's near to my house and I personally feel it's better than all the colleges in the vicinity, which includes RNSIT and SJBIT. I applied for Jee mains but i did'nt got good rank then i applied for COMEDK and i got cse in this college for 18k rank, I choose this college as compared to other private colleges here only limited number of students are there in cse so the competition is not very high Admission processes for our college is simple you have to go through COMEDK counselling there will be three rounds in every round you will have 4 options of freeze seat, accept and upgrade, reject and upgrade, reject.
