Just go for it.You will love the ambience there.you will love your life in college days.You can play,read,enjoy,romance with your gf,roam in civil lines,go for tours and finally land with a good job.you will thank your college at the end.

JEE MAINS exam allows you to get admission in MNNIT. I got AIR 5526 in JEE MAINS and i opted electrical engineering from this college.I am more interested in core branch like mechanical and electrical.

Academics at MNNIT is very strict and efficient.Practical learning was through the labs.it was good.i was not involved in research but yes,the institute offers you a nice platform to do research.Electives available were Biomedical engineering,FACTs,Product design etc

yes companies visit for internship as well but i arranged separately for my intern in NTPC without any stipend.Average stipend depends on branch,mainly for CS-IT students.

Placement is very nice.85% students are placed in core branches and 95% in softwares(CS-IT).Major companies are Maruti suzuki,Nestle India,Bajaj,Ford,Hero moto,Vedanta,Consultancies,top software companies like Directi,Microsoft,Samsung etc

Technical event-Avishkar,Cultural event-culrav.They were well organised and on a huge level.celebrities were invited in every event.I met Farhan Akhtar,chetan bhagat,shiv kheda,Munnawar rana,shirley setia in my college fests.

In my time(2013-2017) ,fee was around 25k per semester plus 13k mess fees but later increased to 45k per semester plus 13k mess fees per semester.

Yes there used to be many extra-curriculars.Many events used to happen every year where you get enough platform to explore yourself.

Yes i was residing in hostel.sharing rooms are available mostly.only the final year students get single occupancy rooms.Hostel is the cheapest,included in your fees only.Need not to pay separately.Food was average.Every mess food has the similar stories.

Alumni meet happen every year .You get many sources to interact. Yes, the alumni used to contribute in the overall development of the college as well as the students.

Exams were bit tougher than usual and we had mid-sem and end-sem.so 2 exams per semester with no gaps between any two subjects.

faculties at MNNIT are very well qualified and have good experience.Some of them are very interactive and some i feared to approach.standard of teaching is very high in MNNIT as the college follows UPSC standard books.
