Course Curriculum Overview

5

I choose this course because I want to appear for the union public service commission UPSC. In our college, there is a very well-qualified and very awesome faculty staff. They always provide the best day can provide. They treat us like our family and friends. The student ratio of our colleges something around 25 teachers for 100 students. The teaching methods of the professors are very beautiful. We have a total of 8 semesters which is around of 6 months our college takes assignments practicals and class tests before the semester papers which gives us a very good experience before semester papers that how we can deal with it.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies and NGOs came to our college to provide the students with a good job and internship for a bright life. The highest step given by any company is 35000 and the average stipend is 15000 we have given many projects such as surveys in NGOs and work profiles in MNCs.

After getting my degree I will take a job with help of our placement cell in our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very liberal it is affordable for everyone any kind of student who is economically weaker but cannot afford the fees can easily afford it. Our college provides so much financial assistance to the students of our college's many kinds of scholarships are available. We have never seen any hike in the fees of our college. Even tho our college has a few written policies for economically weaker section. College provides jobs to the students.

There are so many social groups in the college so many social clubs available.

Admission

I have taken admission through common University entrance test cuet. You can find the application form at a national testing agency NTA THIS FORM IS AVAILABLE SOMETHING IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY AND MARCH. APPLICATION FEES IS AROUND 1500.YES I GOT RESERVATION BENEFITS BECAUSE I BELONG TO SCHEDULE CASTES HAVE GIVEN ME A BENEFIT OF TAKING ADMISSION VERY EASILY BECAUSE MY CUTOFFS ARE LESS IN COMPARISON TO OTHER GENERAL CANDIDATES. I DON'T THINK SO THAT THERE IS ANY CHANGE REQUIRED IN THE EXAMINATION PROCESS.

Course Curriculum Overview:

British classics, Indian writing, postcolonial literature builds a strong foundation in literary analysis, critical thinking, and interpretation, which are useful skills. As for comprehensiveness, the curriculum is quite broad. It covers multiple literary periods, genres, and critical theories over the three years, so you’re not really missing out on the essentials. In that sense, it feels academically complete. But sometimes, it leans more towards breadth over depth you move quickly from one topic to another.

There's a placement cell and placement drives do happen in college but genuinely the package offered is not really considerable. After the 4th semester students are considered to sit in the placement drives though I would say it is not very efficient and fruitful.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.
