I chose this course as I wanted to. The faculty of our college is very good and friendly as well. They teach each and every topic very smoothly which helps in a better way to understand the topics. They are very punctual as well.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 2500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of our college are very minimal and hence affordable for every student very easily. There are many scholarships as well given by our college to the girls especially which actually helps in encouraging the girl students to study more and more. It is also very good.

Campus Life

There are many fests done in our college as well. The availability of books in the Library is more than enough. We can get books by any author from any publisher without any tension. There are NCC and NSS as well in our college and many sports team as well.

Admission

The admission process at SAJC is quite very easy and simple. Only we need to do this to fill out the form and according to the marks. The merit list would publish on the college website and that's it. Sometimes there are interviews also.

Well among the curriculum of Bcom my most favourite is the management and Economics part. Cause I really love them and the teachers of that subject are really good . The improvement that I would want is the professors to come to the classes and teach us and finish the syllabus on time.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement in the last year which is 7th and 8 semester one can apply for internship or job from 7th and 8th semester. The highest package offered was of 11 lakh so far. And the average package is 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Like most of the Goenkans I am also thinking of pursuing CA as a profession but for now I am focusing on my BCom degree and after my BCom degree I will complete my MBA from a good reputed college.

It is a 4 year programme which offers placements. But if someone doesn't get direct placement they are still skilled enough to get a job off campus and it can go from 6 LPA to 12 LPA. If the performance is very poor they can't go to the 4th year.

Do Right Things Now For Your Future

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Out of the companies some of them are Institute of Charter Accountancy, Institute of GST ETC. They give us some packages for jobs. Like the highest package is about 50000 rupees and the lowest is 15000 rupees. Only few studets get chance in this companies. Like 5-10% students. I want to be a bank manager so i just keep my study moving on.

There was only 3 better colleges I couldn't apply to. They were St.Xaviers Kolkata, Goenka and Maulana Azad. Seth Anandram Jaipuria College is among the top 5 colleges and is well known. It is also the best college in North Kolkata, some might not agree to me though. The deciding factors for me were very low fees, decent quality teachers, and the most important, quality of crowd and reputation of the college.
