Allover the institute is doing good .The only thing to be improved is the practical session should be more other than book ramping classes.Labs should be done on time with interest by the faculty

To get admission in birla institute, bhimtal .JEE Mains marks are taken into consideration.Counselling sessions are organised by the college for the intake of student in 1st year of btech with min 70% marks in pcm in 12th and qualified jee mains cutoff is the criteria to get a seat in birla bhimtal.The brand name birla and my eligibility to get admission in it and of course this collage is near from my hometown that's why i chose this collage and computer science and engineering department of this collage is very good and faculty is good exposure and placement opportunities are good.

Computer science and engineering was the course chosen by me, and it was very good because college was providing ample opportunities to student by regular campus placement drive by tcs, infogain, smartdata, niit tech.The focus on practical learning was totally dependant on student, they have to take initiative to gain practical knowledge by himself than only college will help them sidewise.Very few research initiatives were taken by institute in my 4 year of graduation, that can be due to lack of resources and proper management staff

No, collage did not provide any internship opportunity other than this they provide paid training and industrial visit at regular period

The placement scenario specially for 2017 batch was below average, atmost 45-50% of student got palced by campus placements. Genuin Companies that visited the campus : 1- xpansion, pune with avg package= 3.2 lpa 2- safran, noida with avg package= 3lpa 3- smartdata, nagpur with avg package = 1.8 lpa

Collage organise spectrum in which technical, cultural, sports and managerial events are organised this fest goes long for three days and organised every year in the month of april.There are 50-50% share of college authorities and student, student bring various sponsorships from outside in order to make the fest a hit in bhimtal

Yes, i used to reside in hostel, hostel were in good condition, good for living and studying .Till 3rd student have to share the room as Double and tripple sharing but for final year students there are single rooms in the hostel.

There is a facebook page which connect all the alumni together as well as existing student,Alumni meet is organised every year in the collage in order to enhance the interest rate of students towards outer challenges

yes exams and after the lunch break labs very frequently make me feel tired at the end of the day, not me everyone, most of the student doesn't attend labs after lunch as they are boring and there is no lab attendant to teach the subject And every month sessional text and aem exam are breath taking due to which student can focus on what they actually want to do other than studying for the exams

There are some highly qualified faculty in the institute who teaches out of the box, sometimes they are interactive sometimes they behave like school teachers.I ll rate 7/10 in interactiveness.The standard of teaching is good by some teachers they have wast knowledge of the subjects and student like to come to class of those teachers without bunking a single lecture
