Likes

I like there annual and technical events held in every month's. College faculty and other staffs is also good.
Teaching and non teaching faculty is good in nature and helpful.
Infrastructure is also good . Overall College is excellent except some of them.

Dislikes

Class room arrangement is not proper some of the benches is broken.
Canteen tast is average and charges high cost .
Some teachers not taken any classes which is important is studies.

My course is CSE . I choose CSE due to I want to be an software developer. In NIT college faculty is good but some of them didn't teach the Maine topic some of them skip it . Also faculty is good in teaching.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 1000 per year

Internships Opportunities

College provides soo many internship but all of them were payed. Faculty suggest topics for the major and also minor projects which is helpful for your practice and other technical events. But at summer there is no proper ventilation arrangement.

Placement Experience

In COVID there is no placement but now there is excellent placement is coming. So many students achieved best placement with good package. There is also an out campus for other students of different colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

I belong to an SC category so I don't need to pay any fees . I have to pay only for registration and examination fees for each semester. I have an MahaDBT Schlorship for my further studies and works. With the help of Schlorship I can pay the other courses tuition fees .

Campus Life

Campus is good . Annual function and technical functions is excellent. I every month the guest lecture is conducted in various topics. Sports starf is average. Every branch have there foram committee which conduct various events.

Admission

For admission we need to do an entrance exam such as jee and mhtcet . Cut off is depend upon the branch you have selected. Such as for computer Science and engineering we have to score more than 80 percentage.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Electronics and telecommunication engineering is best branch. And there is also best teaching of hardware as well as software and also in which attendance is mandatory. They shows how to use the academics with real world applications. By taking hardware practicals. I think no need of improvement but i gives improvement in attendance. Please don't take attendance mandatory.

Placement Experience:

After semester 6 students are eligible for campus placements. Some of the top companies visited are phonepay, Morgan Stanley, JPMorganchase, Deutsche Bank, cashrich , nomura . The highest package offered is 35 lakhs and average package is 14 lakhs. Till now the placement percentage is 100 percent. My plan is to appear for placements after 6th sem.

Insightful Vision for Nagpur Institute of Technology

The admission process was offline as the student need to visit the campus physically to complete the admission process. There are both ways like getting admission directly to the college and by the CAP-rounds also. The CAP round admission are done through the MHTCET exam that is conducted by the State of Maharastra. If the student belong to Maharastra state and the domicile is of Maharastra only then they get the concession in the college fee. The admission process starts in the Month of May-June only. Each semester is of 6 months within that there are 2 Mid-sessional papers, 1 Pre-University paper and 1 Internal practical exams is conducted by the college and the Semester exam and the External practical is conducted as per the nagpur university guidelines. Good but students and faculty needs to be improved

I was given MH-CET entrance to get admission. The cutoff was high in comparison to other branches. But I got the eligibility criteria and also had category benefits in the cutoffs. The college itself provided everything from the application form to assisting with the admission process. But as an improvement, I think that multiple forms and repetition should be considered because many people come from very long distances so it should be convenient for them too....Read More
