Course Curriculum Overview
I was already very much interested in computer science. That was my fixed goal to choose the CS course. But our faculty is very bad. They are not experienced and don't even have any knowledge about computers. They just teach the theory and that's it. One faculty is teaching many subjects which is not even their specialization. The exam is conducted in time and it's mediocre to pass.
Internships Opportunities
I got the opportunity to work at a Pune-based company but my college didn't support me with my internship documents and my HOD was very angry that I was doing that. But in the end, they had to accept my internship and provide the documents required.
Placement Experience
Our college has a bad reputation in the campus and placement sector. No companies are willing to pay more than 6 LPA. And sometimes they leave without hiring. Although our college makes its best efforts to place its students and give internship opportunities to students.
Fees and Financial Aid
In our college the cost to study is low. We are just paying college fees and no other expenses. Government scholarship is given to MahaDBT. There is a scholarship department that assists us if there is any problem with the scholarship forms. Till now there were many campuses come to our college but they were small companies, and if the company is big their package is low.
Campus Life
The campus is very beautiful and has all the amenities required. We have good benches and good classrooms. The computers are good and we have AC in the lab. we have a separate sports department which is responsible for operating every event and sports team of the college.
Admission
I was given MH-CET entrance to get admission. The cutoff was high in comparison to other branches. But I got the eligibility criteria and also had category benefits in the cutoffs. The college itself provided everything from the application form to assisting with the admission process. But as an improvement, I think that multiple forms and repetition should be considered because many people come from very long distances so it should be convenient for them too.
