my overall experience being in a 2nd year is very amazing all the works happens on time in the university we enjoy alot with teacher's and students in my class
the faculty are very amazing and with a good way of talking with the students
infrastructure is very neat and clean in our university and our university is very cool in look wise.

Dislikes

the things that we disliked is not so many things but the thing is official trips of chitkara university

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course as it has very high value now times and we can get good placements from this course, the faculty members of our college are very cooperative and help in every work and have a nice way of talking and the student ratio is 80 students per class and they manage in a very good way, all the faculty is highly qualified with MTech and Ph.D.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 850000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

85000 per sem fees and no scholarship is given to anyone all the students are equal with our university uniform and these fees are sufficient for the btech cse course the placements are very good this year we have the highest 30 lacs package and avg of 7 lacs package and we get a stipend for about 25000 or 30000.

Campus Life

life on the campus is very good and amazing with a lot of fun in the university and the fest like freshers, DJ nights modeling, and different things held after every month, especially in the month of Aug to Feb the library is very big and different department has different library all the books were available and lib is full of ac all the classrooms are full of air conditioner and the class.

Admission

The admission process is very simple you have to fill out one form and the counseling process is started if you contain 80% and above you get admission in an easy way if seats are available then on the basis of JEE mains you can find the application form on chinkara website as I have applied for btech cse and it is a very nice course no need of improvement.

A student's perspective for his college

Course Curriculum Overview:

From the begning i was always into tech and computers i liked to make my school persentation on my pc and that's the main reason for taking the stream CSE . The curriculum makes you ready for thr real world application by providing classes for eveything that a student is facing problem. If you ask me for the suggestion then some teachers should change their tecahing methods so that they will help the student in a better way . The frequency and timing of the exam goes like the college conducts two internal exams for the internal marks known as MST and one final exam and the difficulty level is medium

Placement Experience:

after 3rd year or maybe in 6th semester many companies visited and very few visited both happens maintain your cgpa make your cgpa above 8 might be difficult but you might get adv highest or average doesnt matter then see how much package you getmaintain cgpa fill out the placement form also they charge 9000 in third year for your placement and dcpd trainign maybe - 50 percent placed well placement is poor after degree - internships job

Course Curriculum Overview:

Did some research and found that AI/Ml is quite popular around the globe and saw alot of future opportunity in this field. The msts were of 40 marks each with 60 mins to complete the exam and finals were of 60 marks with 3 hrs time limit. However student were allowed to leave the hall once half time is over.

When I'm in NITJ see what I got.

Placement Experience:

I think from 5th or 6th semester students can able to eligible for placement. Don't know exact data about the company company coming but there is good placement rate. 1.3CR highest package this year branch chemical engineering. In my Branch ICE there is more than 95% placement rate.

Placement Experience:

In LPU placement process usually start from 6th semester onwards. Many good companies come to campus like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon and few product based also. Some startups also visit. The no. of offers are quite large every year because batch size is big. Highest package I heard was around 40 LPA but that is very rare, only 1-2 students get. Average package is around 5–6 LPA for CSE branch. For other branches it is little bit low. Almost 80-85% students who are seriously preparing gets placement from college. College also provide placement training and soft skills classes which help in interviews.

I have applied in lpu,chandigarh University and chitkara university, i got confirmation for admission from lpu but i choose chitkara over lpu because of the croud numbers of students intake in cse branch in lpu its approx 10,000 students but in chitkara its 3000 only that why i choose this over that.yes i got rejected from punjab university as i got less marks in jee mains.the admission process of chitkara university is very simple you call college admissions office they will assigned you one counselor then you can ask any questions about college in details then he will give you online admission form link fill it and send to him done simple...Read More
