Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I was really passionate about this course so I choose it Faculty members are good in numbers for a particular subject and the student ratio is also good but as this university is newly built so there are less than expected and also the teachers are mostly interactive with us.

Internships Opportunities

4

As this is my 1st year of the course I don't know much about the placements and companies' names but I heard and got to know there are good placements given by the university and also the teachers are so nice.

Placement Experience

3.5

There are gòd faculties that discuss employability. and also there are good placements given by colleagues. after getting my degree if possible I will do pg here as the faculty members are very nice.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the course are affordable and even better than other universities. No, even though I am in the SC category they help with scholarship form filling and also there are merit-based scholarships for students as semesters-wise. The university says that the scholarship form should be filled out by yourself.

Campus Life

4

More than enough books and journals are available in the library and also there are advantages for SC category students they have their other SC/ST book section There Is an Annual fest conducted named Ankur fest which gives opportunities to every student to show their talent and also there like sports, cultural and new opportunities given for innovation and researchers. There are clubs and groups for different activities.

Hostel Facilities

4

Rent accommodation is 1200 for the 1 semester. The hostel is good and there are 24 hrs light availability and also the wifi availability in the hostel. the hostel is affordable, good and clean. rent is same for everyone.meal quality is better and the menu is different every day with fixed menu weekly.

Admission

I gave CUET exam and according to the eligibility of the course I was selected for the merit list then I found everything like admission fees, merit list, and other details on the official website itself. No improvement needed

Other Applied Colleges

Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Geology)

As it was far from my hometown and the fees was not affordable

Indian Institute of Science - [IISc], Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] (Mathematics)

Course Curriculum Overview:

There wasn't really any. It was mostly the friendliness of the profs that pulled me into maths. Do note that in IISc, the first three semesters are common and you pick majors after that. The maths curriculum prepares you for a future in either industry or academia. Moreover, one can take courses in other departments to help their industry pursuits. Only way would be to make some courses more interactive, but this hasn't been a problem for me personally. Most high level courses have two exams. Sometimes not even that. And exams generally aren't difficult for someone who has kept up with the course.

Placement Experience:

from 6th semister onwards students are eligible for pkacements. I dont know about the companies of placements as iam a fresher here. The placements here are really good in this course. After Msc forensic science the annual package in an average here is 2-5 lakhs. Almost 80% of forensic students get placement here. As iam pursuing my bachelors here, iam thinking of writing the entrance exam for NFSU gujarath for my Masters.

Placement Experience:

Our university has a training and placement office for the fourth and fifth year students. Before that you need to find internship opportunities yourself. The significant companies include EY, MoSpi, RBI, NSE etc. The is around 50% placements. The highest package was around 40 lakhs and the lowest 5 lakhs. I plan on working in the RBI after my degree.
