Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the course ib in dse which means finance. where I will get a good package and I'm good in finance so I choose ib faculty is very good student ratio is 2:1 probably that's good also. All of our professors are well qualified abt every 4 months our exam has scheduled.

Class Size: 94Course Fees: INR 48000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We have the highest stipend of 200000 with an average of 85k and various companies come to give internships to us we have a two-month internship which is most probably in May or June which is good for us to get experience in the company.

Placement Experience

We have a very good campus selection with an average package of 15 lakhs more than 70 companies visit and gave more than 120 offers to 70 students our highest package is 3200000. With 100% placement. I want to go to a good company.

Fees and Financial Aid

This year's fees ho got a super hike as per year it is 48000 which is quite high..in the respect of the previous year. I don't know of any scholarship for college even for that time. I'm a fresher so I don't know about stipend and campus selection.

Campus Life

Life on campus is very good. we enjoy the campus very much We have various sports to play. Various social clubs have ratan tata library for books and for journals. We have a freshers' party.

Admission

I have given the cat exam in 2022 where I got 93.6 percentile but in varc, I got just 37.5 percentile due to this. I was not eligible for any item due to a sectional cut-off. so I fill out the form dse where I get selected bcz it has no sectional cutoff.

IIFT:- THE MOST UNDERRATED BSCHOOL IN THE COUNTRY

Placement Experience:

The placements of IIFT DELHI are at par with some of the old IIM's like Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode. Iift is beast when it comes to finance and marketing. Every major international bank and every hedge fund visit the campus for recruitment. Also IIFT caters to some trade companies that only recruit from this college and don't visit any other campus in India. Last year 102 companies visited the campus , the median package was around 26 lakhs and average was around 27 lakhs. Highest package stood at 85 lakhs. And 100 percent placement was achieved. I'll be most probably going for working in a bank or a hedge fund after the degree

The Only thing this college is lacking about its placement cells. Students where running the placement cell and some teacher assist them to get opportunities based on their personal connections. But they don't have any particular department which is responsible for providing placement assistance.

Learning HRD the right way at DSE

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for final placements in third semester and summer placements in the first semester itself. We have many big names here in the campus JP Morgan Chase and Co, Morgan Stanley, AON, ICICI Bank, Atomberg, Hindalco, Deloitte, KPIT, Samsung, etc. Almost all the students get placed here. I'd the percentage is above 90. The highest placement offered was 26LAC+ and the average stood at 14lacs. I am currently intern at a company via the college placements and am working towards getting a PPO. If I get one, I plan on staying in the same company.

The Placements scenario is pretty robust and the corporate relations are active throughout the year, Placements begin since November and gets wrapped by December end.The students are given placement assistance and mock interviews are scheduled. Companies like Coca-Cola, P&G,HUL, Accenture Stratergy, Microsoft,TAS, EY, Mckinsey, Deloitte, Eli-lily, Cipla, Titan, ETG,Gail, Olam, Mondlez, HCCB, etc. come for recruitment and the highest salary is offered by ETG 84 Lakhs,the average placement stands at 29,10,000 and mean at 26,86,000. 108 Recruiters visited campus last year and 17+ international offers were made. 100% placement is ensured by the college. I'm planning to have a career in consulting or marketing after my mba degree.

Placements are not that much good as I was expecting, There are many companies that hire students from our university like ICICI bank, and Amazon. The placement rate is good. The highest package given was 12 lacs. and the average is around 6 lacs.

The campus placements are great at FMS Delhi. Almost all good companies visit the campus for recruitment. In the very first semester, companies visit for the summer placement process where the average stipend this year was 1.5 lakh/per month and the highest stipend was 2.2 lakhs per month. Also, there are final placements conducted where the median package is around 30 lakhs per annum and the highest package goes above 60 lakhs per annum. Talking about the percentage of placements, all the students are placed in the companies visiting the campus and the placement record is 100% till now.

DSM-The True Picture

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement as soon as they start the second year of their masters. Few companies visiting the campus usually are TCS, IHS MARKIT,KPMG,Federal Bank,Indiamart. Highest package offered was 18 lpa and average - 8 lakh.

Learning HRD the right way at DSE

One needs to take CAT to get admission in DSE, we have three courses here MBA-HRD, MBA-IB, MBA-BA. The cutoff for IB goes the highest. For general category it closes around 96-97. For HRD it can range from 94-95 and for BA it goes for somewhere between 91-93. I was also a general category student I had scored 95.66 in CAT and I got admission in the second counselling here. There is usually three rounds of counselling here. The process is pretty simple. They only consider CAT score, 12th marks and 10th marks. Also, there is no GD-PI here as part of admission process. In DSE there is assessment throughout semester but proper exams we only have once at the end that has a weightage of 70%. My only suggestion for the admission process here would be to include GD-PI as part of the process as it would greatly impact the quality of the batch....Read More
