I paid annual fee of 52570 of mba There is four semesters This course is of 2 year One year fees which means 2 semesters fees is 52570 After first year there is 2 month internship Then again second year fees is 52570

Campus Life

As this is the school of open learning of Delhi university so there is no campus interaction because only few students came and talking about social aspects there is nothing it's just made for degree aur only thing is to give exams and passed in it and get a degree

Admission

This college is good rather then other colleges for those students who are persuing any other course or professional course so that it can be your additional degree in this course you don't have to go to college daily or anytime you just need to give exams there is no projects or assessments you need to submit

Faculty

The faculty members are so friendly and they solve every query regarding anything related to course There are 4 semesters in 2 years In one semester there is 8 exams before starting of written exams we need to give internal assessment which is of 30 marks and remaining marks are of written exams There are only few students who fails the chances to fail in these exams are very low

Night Life

There is no hostel for this college And the campus is only made for official purposes like when you need books go there when you need to make some changes or anything it's just for that There is cafeteria in that college whose food is amazing but rather then that there is no gym library or anything

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

Honest review of DU SOL B.A. good for working students not for regular college experience

I chose DU SOL over regular DU colleges because iI was preparing for goverment exams like SSC and needed a flexibility study schedule. the main reasion for chosing SOL was flexibility to study frome home while doing coaching and extremly low fee of arround 4000 per year compared to 15000+in regular college. another major factor is that the degree from SOL hasthe exact same value and crediblity as any regular DU college degree with no mention oif distance on the final marksheet...Read More

Overview of my College.

I applied for Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and central university of Rajasthan(CURAJ) other than delhi university. I got confirmed admissions in all these three universities but I chose to continue with delhi university and Hansraj College. I didn't got any rejectiona from any toher collegea and universities that I applied for. So it's a good thing. The admission process to get in here is as follows:- 1) Clear the cutoff for you course and university by giving the CUET-UG exams for undergraduate courses. 2) Go into the counselling process and select your desired courses and college or university. 3) Depending on your socre that you obtained in CUET UG exam you will be allotted the college and course. If you wish to change you can opt for the counselling in the other rounds as well. As there are multiple rounds of counselling are conducted. My overall admission process was vey smooth without any major issues. Just trust yourself and you will land in best colleges of the country....Read More
