Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I liked counselling PPL as a friend and felt that I can do it professionally as well. The senior students are taught by the faculties and the junior students (up to 3rd sem) are taught by PHd scholars. Students' voices are heard by the concerned authority in the psychology department. About the exams, the faculties make it easy for us to perform academically (only if u are actually studying).
Internships Opportunities
As told earlier you don't really get a job with just a bachelor's degree in psychology. But during the course, internships are availed by the department itself and you have to present an internship report for the same which is academically evaluated. And the salaries vary and some might not get a salary as well. But you don't pay for the internship
Fees and Financial Aid
This degree enables you for your MPhil directly without doing your master's according to the new education policy. If you want to do master's, then it's only a 2-semester course. And about the placement, you don't really get to practice psychology without your master's.
Campus Life
There are many fests happening throughout the year in various departments. One might say that every single month has a fest or two as there are more than 30 departments in the entire University. The central library is well equipped with books and the Internet. Classrooms have ACs and smart boards.
Admission
Anyone over 45% in their 12th can apply through CUET the main paper was of GK for this course and the admission happens through 2 subsequent merit lists and then open counselling. Registration and documentation processes are done quite smoothly after reaching here
