My college is a historic college

Our institute is very much open to everyone in the city. That what makes me feel awkward as there are lingering of other people, also students of other colleges in our campus at times. I have a scroll of suggestions in my hand but it would not matter anyway. The 2 most important i would like to mention is that, Development of Department of Biotechnology (of which i am student). Interaction with highest authority of the institute should be made hassle-free.

I was selected on the basis of merit. There was no interview process whatsoever. I was readily involved with biology right from my high school so this made me take up Biotechnology as my major subject.

The course which i chose is fabulous. Infact this is the era of Biotechnology and its applications. Focus on Practical Learning is unfortunately very less. Research Initiatives are less compared to other institutes.

The institute didn't provide any kind of internship. If students want to do internship they themselves have to do, college is just there to support.

Regarding placements i would like to say just one word i.e nil. Other depts. of our institute like the BCA dept have got campusing.I have no idea regarding the packages and all.

The course fee is very expensive though. Per semester(even and odd )I am compelled to pay Rs. 25000. Around Rs. 6000 is to be payed during odd semesters.

Our Institute provides scholarship only to the reserved class students. As i am UR student its impossible for me to avail that. I am unware of the loan process of pur institute.

Our institute is pretty remarkable regarding extracurricular activities be it is sports or any cultural event. I am a keyboard player so whenever there are functions like freshmen social if i feel like participating in it, there is no difficulty posed. Facilities are good.

No, I am not residing in a hostel. The hostel rooms out here are on sharing basis around 4 students share one big room. Yeah PGs are available here. The base fees being around Rs. 5000. Food is just below average. Actually I have gathered this information from my friends since I am having my own house here.

The institute provides a good platform for interaction with the respective alumni. But the arranged dates don't go hand in hand with my schedule. So i would say from my side interaction is nil till date.

The exam part goes fine no sort of delusions are observed. But labs certainly make me tired because of lack of space and whole lot of students. Chill Culture is far away from us.

We have 3 professors having good qualification. Its obvious that not every professor is well equipped with the trait of delivering what he/she has to during the lectures. This is the actual scenerio out here. Interaction is good though. Standard according to me is moderate.
