Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen engineering because I am very passionate about it since my childhood and I have an interest in new technology and functionality. The faculties in our college are good and well qualified (B.E., M.tech, P.Hd) They made the subject easy for students and easy to pass the examination.

The placement is good and almost 80 percentage student are placed in IT as well as the core sector After the seven semesters the students are eligible for campus placement and also college provide training and placement session for students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides us installment facility for fee payment. I got no Scholarships. The placement is good almost 80-85 percentage students got placed in good companies with good packages. Companies like Wipro, TCS, IBM, and L & T . The average package of the last year was 5.5 LPA and the highest package was 14 LPA.

Campus Life

The college conducted the annual fest in the month between March- April. The college provides us book bank facility where the students can issue books for study and also provide an E-library facility where students can download journal material and previous year's papers. The classroom is good. Also, the college conduct sports and extracurricular activities for students.

Admission

The eligibility criteria for this is you have 70 percent in the higher secondary board examination and you must qualify for the MHT-CET exam and after the CET examination the admission process start. If you are registered through CAP(Centralized admission process) then you are eligible for reservation benefits (if you have a caste certificate).

After 1st year student can openly apply for internship, theon campus internship is avaliable after 4th Sem. The highest amount goes to Quant Finance and more than 75% gets placed for in-campus. The highest pakacemet was INR 3cr for the Quant profile.

The Overall experience of an average student

Placement Experience:

7th semester or 4th year makes you eligible for internships and placements. NVIDIA visits our college often i don't know much about the placements as im only in first year but yes the eligibility for the placement is over CGPA which eliminates a lot of students during the placements nearly ~75% of the students get placed (including off and in campus) the other 20% pursue higher studies the other 5% go for start ups

Campus placement has good rate. Most of the students passing out get in-campus placements and some of them go abroad for higher education. The average package here is around 700000 to 800000. Very much reliable in placement perspective.

My dream college COEP

Placement Experience:

The placements offered by COEP are simply great. The percentage of placements in overall department is from 72 to 100% . The student are eligible as they get in 2nd year . The companies that visited are wipro , infosys, mircosoft and core companies like tata motors, mahindra, Bajaj auto , emerson, asian paint , bosch. Bajaj even has there school of automobile openned in COEP. Highest package is 87 LPAand the average package is 12 LPA. You only need skills to crack the interview percentage does matter in some height the minimum percentage required is 65-70 . As COEP offers best placements I planned on getting campus placement as well

I had applied many engineering colleges in Nagpur including GH Raisoni, Priyadarshini, Ramdeo Baba College, KDK college etc. i got the admission letter from GH raisoni but i go for YCCE college because it has good reputation and goo placements compared to other collges in nagpur. I couldn't secure seat in Ramdeo Baba College of engineering during first and second cap rounds. I applied to Ramdeobaba, G.H.Raisoni , Sipna, YCCE. Got confirmed admisssion for all the colleges except Ramdeobaba. YCCE offers better teaching and placements as compared to other colleges in this list. I got rejected in Ramdeobaba due to the cut-off percentage being too high and me not being able to fullfil it.
