After clearing WB JEE I choose this college because it was under Burdwan University and It was offering B.E. degree.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was satisfactory.Choice Elective subjects are less. But which I took, was good.

Internships Opportunities

About the placement In this, I will give 2 out of 10. Only TCS is the mass recruiter. No other big companies. You need to find job by yourself. But you will get good knowledge compare to others private colleges to get a job.

College Events

No tech fest is organized here. Only one cultural fest is there in the month of nov or dec called WALTZ. For the 1st year students one freshers event is celebrated.

Fees and Financial Aid

Half and full scholarship is given to students depends on their family income. You need to apply for that once notification came out.

Exam Structure

Exam structure are same like other colleges. But the question paper is set by the university itself. One or two internet exam of 20 marks will be there.

Placement Experience:

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

Condition of Law Colleges

I did not apply to other colleges as it is in close proximity. There is only one law college in the district of Purba Bardhaman where I am from. The other law colleges are very far away from my house which would take me 4-5 hours to travel if there is no traffic. Since I didn't apply to other colleges I didn't get any rejection. If considered with other colleges, the studies are more intensive in law colleges under Calcutta University, as the syllabus is more intensive and has more subjects like Land Law which is absent in the curriculum of B.A. LL.B. of Burdwan University. Fees are also very less in government colleges. The fees for one semester in our college are equal to the fees of the entire course fee in a government college. The infrastructure is much better in government colleges with regular moot court competitions and other competitions, clubs, and extracurricular activities.
