Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty member at KIIT are very friendly and we can ask anything from them and can discuss our issues with them too. They are always available to help children and for this kiit is one of the best colleges in India where two-way communication can stake place . The course curriculum is also very smooth.

Internships Opportunities

KIIT provides internships from the sixth semester and companies like Highradius provide internships for the students in kiit where we can learn new and different things and can organize them and build a good resume. There are training and internship through which we can learn new things and can expose to a cooperative world.

Placement Experience

In KIIT after the sixth sem, we are eligible for campus placement. In KIIT many big MNCs come for the placement and students can apply to them for an internship and after that, we will get PPO. Many students get placed at the end and the placement of kiit is very good and there is placement assurance for all students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The basic fee structure of KIIT is 1600000 for B.Tech and it varies accordingly to the courses. There are scholarships for student who scores above a particular cut-off. There are a lot of opportunities for campus jobs and many big companies come here for campus jobs.

Campus Life

The campus is eco-friendly and there is greenery everywhere. We enjoyed ourselves a lot at kiit. There are different societies, and clubs where children can enroll themself and can learn new things about technology.

Admission

I have given the KIITEE exam where I got a scholarship and I took the admission to KIIT. The cutoff was different for different branches.KIITEE is a university-based exam by KIIT by which we can take admission directly through it into KIIT.In Electronics and Electrical cutoff rank was 20728.

Because the fees structure of ITER and KIIT was same but the opportunites that KIIT providing is of next level as compared to ITER.Also kiit has a well settled placement and training which ITER do not have.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
