Likes

It was overall great experience to be in Kalindi and to be a part of Kalindi . College will give you exposure to society and gives different way to look at life..
I like the faculty and the teaching style of teachers the most they are well versed and friendly.
I like the extra curricular activities and the fests of this college.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is the thing that I don't like about this college..
It is out of the campus so it is a huge problem to communicate with other college students .
Lacks the exposure to other colleges and croud is good as well as bad..

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I was interested in literature. There is an ample amount of teachers so there would be no problems like a shortage of teachers and so on. Teachers are well-versed in their teaching techniques they also take reviews after reaching you. There would be tutorials to give you a better understanding of the texts. Exams are on a semester basis i.e. After every six months and it is quite easy to pass just focus on what teachers taught in class.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 16000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are quite low compared to other colleges and the study is quite well according to the prices. There are several scholarships in the college for the students also they provide you with a job fair where you can go for a direct interview in the college and get hired directly. Enactus Kalindi helps with the hiring process and provides jobs and internships to students.

Campus Life

There are several fests like the last year was the Utsav which was great there were superstars present there Shankar Shaney the great singer and many more fun activities. Apart from these, there are more events conducted by the Northeast cell of the college and also by the Mitrakshar the English cell of the college. There is a beautiful library including almost every book needed for the completion of the college. There is a badminton court for the students and a sports room. There is also Abvp in the college which works for the well-being of students. , Anti-ragging cell.

Admission

Firstly there would be a common-level entrance test after that cutoff will release and then students can take admission in their desired college. Help with students documentation will be of great benefit while the admission process. Also, a student union should be there to help at the student's level. This would lead to a better understanding of the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Too vague to understand, feels extra burden of unnecessary irrelevant topics , extra papers like SEC/VAC simply add to the burden while barely providing with any skills and values as their name suggests . Studying them and preparing for exams add extra stress and unnecessary burden on them , diverting their focus from their core papers , which are already too huge and they study materials or readings simply fail to assist . Areas for improvement would be - proper structured study materials , also proper structured practical subjects / papers for students where they can actually learn or gain knowledge/skills which will be advantageous in their future .

Placement Experience:

SRCC has one of the best campuses and our basketball court is so famous that many movies too have been promoted and shot there. Our campus is big too and our auditorium is such that many top personalities have come and spoken there. Even leaders like Barrack Obama too had an interaction with SRCC students in an open air event.

Kalindi: The off Campus Star of DU !

There were several Reasons to choose Kalindi: It's an all girls college so it felt comparatively more Safer than the Co-ed ones. Also, this might be an unpopular opinion but the Boys were not there to make mischiefs so there was a good built-in environment for Study. Girls were there to manage each and everything. Either it was NCC, NSS, Sports, Societies or even Student Union, girls were incharge of literally everything and it used to feel very proud and wholesome.
