novice to veteran

All in all I can say that my institute has one of the best curriculum.A student will not regret his decision of joining in this institute. We all live like a family. Our director is very co-operative. He makes sure that the student receives the best education.

i wrote jee mains in 2016 to be eligible to write jee advanced examination but somehow i couldnot crack the exam. i filled in the choices to join in NIT's and IIIT's through JOSSA. through which i got ece dual degree in IIIT KANCHEEPURAM but i was keen to take up cse so i filled a separate form to get into this institute of IIIT-NR. fortunately i was able to get cse here so i chose cse over ece and further i wanted to pursue my masters from IIT which i will be unable to do if i choose ece at KANCHEEPURAM.

Our institute is under the guidance of NTPC and state government of Chhattisgarh. Our institute has one of the best curriculum when compared to other colleges. We are under the guidance of IIIT BANGALORE and IIT HYDERABAD regarding the curriculum. Out curriculum focuses in such a way that by fourth year every student is capable to choose any field with ease. Our institute offers the courses of CSE and ECE. The students are trained in both the courses so that a student does not face trouble in either of the field.

Our institute has been established in 2015. An year has passed. Till the student enters his third year he/she will not be provided with internships on behalf of the institute. But a student can separately apply for an internship. Our faculty and the administration is very co-operative and can provide their names as our reference.

Regarding placements and job opportunities its too early to say because our institute has started just an year ago.But i'm sure that my institute will get the best companies for placements and internships and as stated earlier one need not rely on the institute for job and internships they can go ahead with their choices.

we have celebrated many events and workshops till now. we have literary contest,cultural events and many more.we will shortly have a tech fest in feb which will be the biggest event so far conducted in this institute. Our institute celebrates every festival together which makes us feel that we live in a family of IIIT-NR.

the fee in my institute is satisfactory. the first semester students don't have to pay any fee. but later on i.e in second semester one should pay mess and hostel fee which can be afforded by any individual. further from third semester we have fee concession based on the grades a student secures.all in all i can say that the fee structure is feasible.

our institute has no fee for first semester students. later on we need to pay for hostel and mess facilities. later on there is fee concession based on the grade the student secures. as far as i know there is no provision for loans given to student.

all in all the campus life at IIIT-NR is the best...!! one enjoys life like any other student of another college. though started in 2015 we have all facilities of sports etc.we have various clubs which will help student to enhance his/her skills not only in academics but also in other extra curricular activities. we have had many debate competitions as part of literary fest. we have extra classes taken by our seniors who help us by teaching us in other general concepts

Our seniors are very co-operative and helping. They took a big risk of joining a new institute but later they uplifted the institute in such a way that now they say that we have taken a good decision of joining in this institute. They being seniors don't force their juniors instead they try to make sure that we get all the needful things so that we should not feel the same what they did in the very beginning of their joining year.This interaction with them helped me to settle down very quickly in this new environment.

We have continuous evaluation. Based on our performance in tests and quizes we will be awarded grades. We have mid term examination and end semester for each semester. We have labs and workshops every week. But our schedule is designed in such a way that one will not be tired and is very comfortable to every student.

I got to know about this institute with reference of an advertisement in newspaper. I spoke to various people and was satisfied with the institute's curriculum.I went through the site and found the registration form of this institute and filled in all the required details.Based on JEE MAINS ranks students were selected and I was one among them. During the process of filling in my form i faced many issues but thanks to the helping staff of IIIT Naya Raipur who helped me all through the process of registration and helped me to submit the form within the required time frame.

My institute has PhD scholars as our faculty. Our administrative members recruit the faculty not less than a PhD degree in hand. All the faculty members are well experienced and knowledgeable people.Every faculty makes sure that every student understands the concept they teach. In case the student faces trouble in understanding a particular concept he/she in person recapitulates the entire concept. One can visit the faculty at any time during the college hours. We are continuously evaluated based on our performance in quiz and tests.
