IIIT Naya Raipur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

At IIIT Naya Raipur from 2022 where 74 out of 180 students were placed in 2025 the number increased to 127. So placements are surging and so are the numbers are also increasing heavily as well. 10 lakhs it is after 2025 and by next year I wish it to be 15 or more.

Students become eligible for placements from 7th semester. We have alot of companies visting us namely American Express, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, etc with Average Package around 12lacs and highest above 50 lacs, off campus around 2Cr with 99% students being places every year though Im planning to do an MBA so prepping for CAT

In our college the Placements are good as compared to many other coleges . in the 2024 till now this year the companies offerd number is 16 the students got pllaced are 61 . the percentage of sstudents getting placed in the last year in the college is 78%

the placement in the college are decent amidst the recession. They have gone down, but not to the extent, the extent of other colleges. But if you train hard you will get a placement this year there was a placement of 1.5 CR which was quite good and it hasn't been covered in the brochure.

from 4th year u are eligible for the placements . Many Indian and MNC companies visited and last year a total of 100+ offers were made Highest Package was 85LPA offered by accenture and average was 15 - 16LPA 70 80% students were placed other went for govy exams and higher studies. My plan is also to get a good paying job .

The curriculum is very nice as compared to other NIT or IIT as in this from first semester we directly starts studying about coding languages and maths required for IT industry while in NIT we were taught chemistry and some other boring courses which are not useful at industry level for IT.In our curriculum having 10 subjects in starting and then in later semesters it starts to decrease. from first semester only we have given task to devlop projects and in each course we have 50% weightage of theory and 50% weightage of practical.And our curriculum keeps updated with industrial requirements.The frequency of exams are many and our much of the time is gone into giving test quizzes and exams which i consider not good.I would like to suggest that there should be appropriate time table for test so that student can able to focus his skills also.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester onwards and in our college from the start, we have been observing 100 percent placements. we have been approached by many companies like Google, amazon, etc. Coming to 2023 placements The average package is 12.67 LPA and Highest package is 57 LPA. A girl from 4th year applied from outside to a company which I didn't know the name has got a package of 85 LPA.

I took cse because it is ever green and demanding. Faculty student ratio is very good here. Every teacher here is done with Phd .many in IITs and some in NITs . Their teaching is good. It is very easy to pass exams here. We can Stuy a night before the exam and get descent score.

From 7th semester, deolite, american express, tcs, infosys, atlassian, microsoft(only one time), Zeiss, Wipro. Heighest is 40 Lpa, and average is 12 Lpa. 70% students get placed. My plan may be towards focus on gate.

You will get lots of opportunities here you just have to be prepared for taking that opportunities Internship culture is good here Average pakage is 15laksh Highest pakage is 85lakhs They say 100 percent placement but who knows I am a fresher so I don't know about it
