Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I like the subject of mathematics so that's why I opt for BSc Hons in mathematics. When we talk about the faculty members some of them are good they listene to us solve our problems guide us rightly. The faculty members of GGV are M.Sc holder and few are pH.D holder. The teaching method of some teachers is really good. There is a semester system before a semester exam 2 internal test are taken both are of 15marks after that one semester exam is taken which is of 70marks. There is no diffculty in passing the exam for the students who regularly attending the class but for the students who are not present in class, passing the exam is little bit diffcult.

Fees and Financial Aid

the fee structure is very simple for the first semester you have to submit Rs.5850 then for the even semester you have to submit 2800 and for the odd 3500. There is no awareness regarding scholarships nobody tells us about scholarships. Student themselves gather the information about scholarship. Teachers are not supportive in this case.

Campus Life

2

The annual fest and tech fest are conducted at the end of the semester. There are dj eve and all that partying things in Fest. In the library of ggv there are a lot of books for every stream there are so many novels, magazines, and daily newspapers. It is a good place for studying. There is no sports opportunity for beginners there are grounds on the campus but only for the physical education students. There are so many societies groups like NCC, NSS, and many more.

Admission

Admission process was so lengthy in my time because it is the first time when CUET was conducted at this big level. For getting admission in GGV bilaspur one need to give the CUET exam and select the ggv during filling of application form. For filling the CUET form students must get 60% in there 12th class . NTA conducted the CUET exam so for when a student is willing to give this exam they had to check regularly the nta website . I think the admission process should not take more than 1month. Because students face so many difficulties during the admission process. Most of the students are confused after 12th . So far there convenient the admission process should be completed within month.

In conclusion, the college may be come out to be a good place/institute if you are someone who is coming from a very poor family background and from a rural area where the education was not so good. But for people with a little higher standard of living or the one who have gained their school Education from a well-known school might not be able to get a good amount of knowledge.
