Remarks

Management is well structured and the ethics of the college are strict to the basics. so,there are not much flaws in the system. I conclude the fee is expensive but the life you get here is unbelievable.

Entrance Preview

I gave MIT Entrance Test and Scored 117 out of 240. Good enough to join the College at that time of my joining. But it is tough to get now as the competition has been rapidly increased. I opted for Computer and Communication as it deals with the subjects and the Technology that are in trend.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I personally believe the college provides you all the infrastructure and the encouragement to invest your knowledge in the research work.I can't generalize the course structure for all the branches but where as for my branch(Computer and Communication) I can say that there are multiple doors open for you like Networking, Data Analytics and Management,Programming, Development etc. Throughout the course they keep on going in depth of them, therefore it helps to find where your interest lies and helping you to develop further in that department.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, our college helps students to find internship in many companies. During the seventh semester placement session starts and many companies come for Internship and placement. College allows students to do their 8th semester project as an internship in other companies. Internship stipend mainly varies from 15 k per month 60 k per month. Companies like Microsoft,Goldmansachs, Honeywell, Bosch etc visited the college during our placement session.

College Events

5

There are mainly three type of fests in the college. The biggest and most trending one is Revels which is a cultural fest where many artists are invited to perform in the college. The technical fest is called as Tech-Tatva and management fest is Summit-Mani pal They happen in simultaneous semesters.

Fee Structure And Facilities

When I joined the course fee is around 2,64,000 but it keeps on increasing year by year for juniors. First year course fee is same for all branches where as from second year it is according to the branch. Hostel will be around one lac per year for a double shared AC room with food.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are some scholarships for the local people and for the high rank holders. It can be even claimed after the first year according to CGPA.

Campus Life

5

If you join Mani pal you can experience a diversified culture and promise you that you wont even expect better than that life. Gender ratio might be 60 to 40(boys to Girls).Mani pal is a great place for partying and you can see all kind of people over here.

Hostel Facilities

5

There are almost all types of rooms available in the college. It starts from single shared, single shared AC, Double Shared etc. The price also varies according. The food court amenities are good and well maintained. you have to spend around One lakh to get these amenities in the college.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, there is a special portal for alumni people in MIT and It helps a lot in many situations to show you a path. You can find the people you inspire too there.

Exam Structure

Usually there are two internals followed by one external exam. Internals are far 20 marks each and 10 marks are for assignments and externals are for 50 marks. The marks you scored for 100 are later graded according to 10 percentile.I can tell the difficulty level of the exam is moderate.

Admission

The first step to join this college is to give online Test. Then once the results are out there will be counselling process which is scheduled in the order of ranks merely it will go for 11 days. Student have a choice of going to Mani pal , Jaipur or Bangalore for the counselling. Here you have to pay entire fee to block the seat. If you didn't get your desired branch then without any payment you can enroll for wait listing procedure.

Faculty

4

I felt the faculty of my department are of mixed ratings. Like some are exceptionally good and some are average. Some of the lectures are PHD holders too. But all the faculty members are willing to help you in any topic and they will be sharing their knowledge to the students without any excuses. So, I will rate them as above average on total.

They fake a lot of their placements....now the bangalore campus currently has 40%placements but they fake the placement rates to make it look like its 80 or 90% which is sad...i heard that if u have really bad marks and couldnt get placed(a lot of ece and eee people, cause they will purposefully try to fail u so that u can apply for the couse again) they will make u sign a document were u agree u never sat for placements.

Some of the prominent companies include Infosys, Wipro, TCS, IBM, and Accenture, among others. These companies make a significant number of job offers across various profiles, including software development, consulting, and research. The highest package offered varies from year to year and can range from ?10-20 lakhs per annum, depending on the company and the profile offered. The average package generally falls between ?4-8 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placements varies, but RVCE has a consistently high placement record, with a significant majority of students securing job offers during campus placements.
