Faculty , the faculty bere is very knowledgeable and learnt

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is in very great demand among commerce students especially due To the University I am in. This was one of the biggest reasons so for opting for this course and this college. The faculty and the student ratio is decent where the ratio is around 10:50. Most of the faculty members are alumni of the college and are in good positions now. The exams here are conducted every 2-3 months and are somewhat difficult to pass.

The placements provided by the college are pretty good The students become eligible in the semester 5th. Some really good companies like KPMG, Amazon, Deloitte and many more visit the college for placements. The highest package has been 35L and the average package is around 9L A decent percentage of students get placed. My plan is to go for higher studies after my ug

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure here is quite satisfactory in comparison to other colleges Plus the quality of education that is provided in this fee is commendable Also, we have got some scholarship schemes for the alleviation of the fees. This provides facilities for students coming from lower-income families.

Campus Life

Campus Life is pretty well. Histrionic is conducted by the Dramatics society Moreover, there are some bigger fests like business conclaves and crossroads as well. The condition of the library is pretty well where we can find really good reads. The classrooms are well-equipped with smart classes, projectors and Acs. There is a good sports complex which has good sports facilities. I am a part of the Dramatics society which is a very active Society

Admission

The admission process consisted of an entrance exam and subject mapping The exam was conducted for the first time so there was alot of confusion around but the difficulty level in the exam was easy. After the exam we were supposed to fill preference sheet which was a real task that was followed by subject mapping and the college was allotted as per all of these. The improvement that is needed in the admission process is that the gap between the exam and the result must be lesser.

I have heard that only 1-2% of the students got placement in our college and they have average package of 7LPA and final year students are eligible for the placements held in our college.as first I will try of make my cgp good and to be selected in the interview for the placement try my best if not i will be doing further studies for my masters

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

Dyal Singh College is definitely a great college!!

Placement Experience:

PWC, Icici Prudential and like wise companies which needed students for finance and accountancy roles offers placements to students. Many new startups too have started coming and this has made placements percentage shoot up in recent past.

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements I am not sure about the number of offers made but last year Deloitte visited the campus for recruitment. Highest package is around 11lpa plz check on Google. And average is around 5-6 lpa. Seniors told me around 30-40% of the batch gets placement. My plan is to do mba after college

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

After the graduation the students are Eligible for the placement and internship are provided in the same during graduation or courses. And some of the good companies which visited and made the offers. The average package of the company offered that 1 lakh approx in the placements this opportunity starts in du also now the good student can do this. Getting a 90% Above Mark's . After completing my graduation I will take admission in maters also. And also prepare the government exam's.
