Course Curriculum Overview

This course particularly focuses on mathematics, which is base of everything. And in this course, they have included many topics which have highly demanded in the current time. And faculty is very helpful at any time we want help. And about exams, they are quite difficult which is okay, I don't have a problem with that.

Class Size: 46Course Fees: INR 172000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The hostel fee is around 65000 and the course fee is maybe around 86000 per sem and food expenses are excluded. In this college, there are many job opportunities and that is the main reason why I chose this college.

Campus Life

There is a function called synapse around in March and a festival called infest around in November-December. And there are many other functions like concourse which is related to sports etc. and there are many clubs in which we can take part after 2nd sem.

Admission

your ACPC rank must be at least under 250 to be the eligibility for the course and you should have passed in 12th exam. Though there is no entrance exam, you can only get admission through ACPC or JEE. As a first-year student, I like this college as it is. I don't see any need for improvement.

The college ranking was good. The curriculum was avg, because they primerily focus on theorical knowledge. The course should focus on real world frameworks and tools and on hands on skills. Difficulty level is moderate.

PDEU , a Sweet n' Sour experience

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th Semester and companies start visiting at that time. The no. of companies that visit are around 30+ and the highest package offered last time was around 25+ LPA. The average package is 7-8LPA. Some of the companies that visit are Accenture,TCS, Infosys, JP Morgan(students got placed from a Hackathon)

The Average collage life

Placement Experience:

this is tier 3 collage of surat so don't expect higer placements and big mnc come for the placements, in my placements they commited over 25+ local companies come from surat but actually only 15 has come and only 20 students got placement accross over 200 students(computer + IT). and the average placement is 2.5 lakh oper year. and most of the companies are red flag because they want students to sign 1-2 year bond with very low salary. then lets about training for placement, its ZERO big ZERO they dont provided the placement training, i have seen 90 students from 120 gets failed in apptitude round. they have not provided training for cracking the coding interview only those students are placed who have done preparation by it self even 9+ CGPA students didn't get placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is actually pretty nice . Subjects are tought according to the needs but the problem is about they do not update course according to the needs like `right now everyone should know how to use AI tools well , these small thing should also include in it. Apart from technical subjects they also have communication , ethics , personality developemt as a subject too but with less credits.

My honest thought about the college

Placement Experience:

It has average placement with top companies recruitment such as reliance , jpmorgan etc, the highest is 60 lpa and average of 3.5lpa which makes good enviroment for placement. also it offers startup enviroment .

9sem are eligible for campus placement Not any great placements are their in college Highest placement was 64lpa and average is 5 lpa 80 %student are placed. Currently I don't have any plans but I will think off it soon

DAIICT's review

In the front section I mentioned I got BITs Hyderabad, BITs mersa, Nirma and other colleges below the ranking of mine. I choose this college so as to stay near home town and it had very good placements compared to others. While BITs Hyderabad is better than DAIICT, it is too costly. I got rejected from IITs as my JEE Adv rank was 22k and you need 5k for a really good IIT with your preferred choice. Admission in DAIICT is via JEE main or ACPC. DA-IICT : Education with social responsibility

I am preparing for jee i got decent rank in both mains and advanced. Rank in mains is 8100 and Advanced is 8779 but as of genroul catagory it's very good to get good college and branch at same time. DA-IICT review (2021 - 2025)

At 12.7k AIR in JEE '21 , I was getting SVNIT ECE, IIIT Gwalior 5 year course and NIT Patna CSE. Chose this because of the proximity and good placements statistics. Got rejection from IIIT B, my dream college. Couldn't make it because the cutoff shot high that year. Admission process is just submitting your JEE Score and apply through their website.
