Remarks

Facilities here are very less for what they are taking. Everything is old and rotten. No incentives by the college authority.

Entrance Preview

IIT JEE. I got 97 marks. I had many reasons for opting for this college. It is near my residence, has excellent placements, provides ample opportunities to succeed in life, gives a well established stage to showcase your talent.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Having a focus ion research in Nsit is a plus point . Teacher are highly educated. They themselves have been in research field for past many years. They provide full support and help to excel. Although our course structure is not updated. Still it provides ample opportunities in research field and technology too. Teachers are very helpful and experienced.

Internships Opportunities

Yes our college holds an internship season where top companies of the world come to select deserved students on some basis. Stipend varies with many companies offering nearly 25k-40k and the dream companies offer near a lakh per month. The experience is great .it's a mini placement season

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements here is one of the best. Nearly all students get placed. There are many companies visiting college in the placement season. Samsung offers nearly 16 Lacs , airtel nearly 15 Lacs, and the big companies offers more like the ge Shaw and Goldman Sachs offering around 25 Lacs. Coding companies are much more in number as compared to any other genre

College Events

3

There are plenty of events happening in college every year. Firstly there is fresher's party where dance ,music everything is present to welcome our new batch. It's enthusiastic and rejuvenates the fresher's. Then there is tech fest resonance in October . Then the big fest Moksha. The best fest it happens in Feb and students from many colleges enter the campus and are filled with joy.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Personally I think it's expensive. 90k+ for a government college is high. Also many students can't afford that. They have to take a loan . Which I don't think should happen. Government must look into this matter and help students to achieve their goal with happiness and joy not with burden of a loan. Also the money is not spent on college expenditures. No upgradation work is done. Everything is same as it was 10 years ago.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are provided by College. For category and deserved candidates. Also loan can be taken from the banks located in the college premises only. I haven't taken any so I have no more ideas about it.

Campus Life

2.5

Campus life is excellent. Students from all India come here. Gender ratio will be 70-30 I guess. NRI too come here for a degree as it a du degree. It have importance. Labs are not that good here. Sports is the plus point of this College. 30 acre sports complex is not what every college has. A cricket ground equal to the size of Delhi cricket ground. Robotics and debating societies are here too.

Hostel Facilities

1

Hostel facilities here is good and affordable. But the food here is pathetic and unhygienic. Students often complain about the quality of the food and still no action is taken. It's a serious matter and college must look into it. Students on weekends travel back to their home to enjoy the company of their families members.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes there are alumni meet here Happens every year . They are really helpful . They help the students meet their former mates which are now Induoged in a hectic life. They can meet their teachers and many other members too. It's really rejuvenates the person attending the alumni meet

Exam Structure

It's good not great. Still the old structure of curriculum makes it unpleasant to give exams. Labs are really chilled out . We can finish work early and leave. Some labs don't have any organised work. We have to do it ourselves.there are some teachers too who take assignment and test and they are helpful

Admission

There were may rounds. I got it through the JAC counseling.in the second round itself ,I got admission there. Then there were processes like orientation and registration to be done on a single day. We were welcomed by the college members and teachers.

Faculty

4

They are one of the best faculties in top colleges in India. ECE teachers are best here. Since it is the oldest branch and many experiences and professional teachers are here to help students. Also they provide you many training and learning programs. Like gadre sir, who organises many programmes related to winter training and many more. Example being the curve tracer training, Matlab training and robotics training etc.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university doesn't beat around the bush while deciding the courses. They have picked only the subjects and the curriculum that are suitable for our field and focus on making us future-ready. Some subjects might seem a little fast-paced, but if you are consistent enough, you won't face any problems. It is safe to say that the exams and things taught in most the subjects are same to that of its so there is no lacking behind in that aspect.
