The placement of this college is quite good.800+ companies visited this year with the highest package of 45.5 lacs and 4.5 lakh avg package. 100% placement for the cse students. The company start their visit in the 6th semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of cgc landran btech course is 95000 per annum which is quite affordable for the students. And there is no direct scholarship in the college. But for the student of Bihar, there is a Bihar loan credit card scheme.

Campus Life

Parivartan is the annual fest of cgc landran which is conducted every year. The campus is not so huge. Less no clubs or social groups in this college Amenities in the classroom are good. There is a library with 15000 thousand books.

Hostel Facilities

There are five hostels in the college out of which 4 are for boys and 1 is for girls. Hostel Annual charge is 95000 thousand for 4 seater rooms. And 100000 is for 3 seater rooms. The meal quality is not so good.

Admission

You don't have any need to give an entrance exam to take admission to cgc. If you got 75% or above you can opt for BTech in this college easily. First of all, we have to register for the course for an amount of 11000 thousand deduct initially.

Course Curriculum Overview:

From the begning i was always into tech and computers i liked to make my school persentation on my pc and that's the main reason for taking the stream CSE . The curriculum makes you ready for thr real world application by providing classes for eveything that a student is facing problem. If you ask me for the suggestion then some teachers should change their tecahing methods so that they will help the student in a better way . after 3rd year or maybe in 6th semester many companies visited and very few visited both happens maintain your cgpa make your cgpa above 8 might be difficult but you might get adv highest or average doesnt matter then see how much package you getmaintain cgpa fill out the placement form also they charge 9000 in third year for your placement and dcpd trainign maybe - 50 percent placed well placement is poor after degree - internships job

Did some research and found that AI/Ml is quite popular around the globe and saw alot of future opportunity in this field. The msts were of 40 marks each with 60 mins to complete the exam and finals were of 60 marks with 3 hrs time limit. However student were allowed to leave the hall once half time is over.

I think from 5th or 6th semester students can able to eligible for placement. Don't know exact data about the company company coming but there is good placement rate. 1.3CR highest package this year branch chemical engineering. In my Branch ICE there is more than 95% placement rate.

Placement Experience:

In LPU placement process usually start from 6th semester onwards. Many good companies come to campus like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon and few product based also. Some startups also visit. The no. of offers are quite large every year because batch size is big. Highest package I heard was around 40 LPA but that is very rare, only 1-2 students get. Average package is around 5–6 LPA for CSE branch. For other branches it is little bit low. Almost 80-85% students who are seriously preparing gets placement from college. College also provide placement training and soft skills classes which help in interviews.

I choose this college because there are very reasonable fees which we can afford. This is well known college in my area which gives the placement to many students that was the best thing about my college. In our college they train the student by taking TPP in this we have verbal, technical, aptitutde. They prepare us for the interviews and this is not done in any other colleges. In first i tried to take admission in chandigarh university but there fees structure is out of my budget. So i choose the Chandigarh Group of College over the Chandigarh University. The benefits and companies are same as the Chandigarh University. The admission process of our college is just that you have to visit the cgc landran website and register their.
