Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is pretty decent and SNU offers a wide variety of courses that let you explore other fields as well. Let it be any stream you can take a course and learn. You can also go for a minor degree in any stream along with your major one.

Internships Opportunities

CDC works to find good opportunities for students for internships. Various Tech/Core/Consultancy companies come to SNU and they shortlist students as per their need. Nearly all students manage to get good sponsorship.

Placement Experience

Most of the placements are done in the seventh semester (for IT) and major core placements are done in the early eighth or later seventh semester. Though many people opt for further studies the academic placement here is just amazing

Fees and Financial Aid

A total fee of 24 lakhs (as of 2023), 12 lakhs being the tuition fee and the rest 12 is the hostel and mess fee. The scholarship is for merit students, and SAT Scholar and Sports scholarships are also there. Someone coming from an underprivileged background or a financially unstable background will also get support from Shiv Nadar Foundation.

SNU offers a rich campus life. With best-in-class facilities, one can experience diversity and a great class of life on campus. 284-acre campus will have all the needed staff. Fests and all are very enjoyable and good You will get to learn many different things

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are very good. Clean and well-built hostels with proper room-keeping staff. Cleaned washrooms and a defined maintenance system makes life more easy and good. The rooms are well spacious and good

Hostel Fee: INR 125000 per year

Admission

SNU SAT and JEE mains are the major exams to enter SNU. Along with these SNU also considers SAT. CSE, ECE, ME, CHE, Civil (order of branches) And other schools like Natural Science, Management, Humanities can be availed easily. You should have at least 75% in Your 12th Board. Let's talk about IERT Prayagraj

Placement Experience:

Here you'll get placement cell for placement training. But most the students studying here aren't interested in placement. Most students go for GATE examination or UPSC examination. Even I have plan to go for UPSC examination. There are many rankers passed from here. I think the highest package in 2024 was of 12LPA and average was 4LPA. There is not very high paying visit from any company. But in off campus there are some students who have cracked 45LPA per annum package at Amazon. I my opinion if you are passionate about any government examination then definitely you can opt for this college . And if you want placement then make your self perfect and go for off campus.

Kiet is good choice if you are keeping it in options.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In our autonomous batch there are more practical and project based subjects. There is one subject called design thinking in this we have to think of real life problems and empathize about it abs find or create solutions for them it can a whole new system, a simple app or machine or even a campaign as long as it helps society. There is one ihs subject also which promotes my branch (ECE) in pharmacy , like teaching about medical devices and technology and even our semestet projects are like creating portable ecg machine, creating automatic wheelchair, temprature- oxygen- heartbeat sensor abd recorder etc. It increases difficulties but also improves chances for placemenys in your 4th year if you are already creatibg such things in 1st sem. Frequency and difficulty of exam is moderate i think.

Everything about SNU NOIDA!

I applied to many other private colleges including mit,vit,srm and all. But i found snu better than those cause of many reasons: 1) student intake : while other pvt colleges takes thousands of students per course, snu only takes around 150. 2) facilities : snu really cares about facilities and hygiene. Living of life in snu campus feels very systematic. 3) location : in north, idts theres any other college with good packages as well as facilities. For cse avg package, its 12Lpa. Which is very good compared to other colleges. Admission process : for soe (school of engineering), there are ofcourse two ways 1) jee main (generally 92ile above for cse) and 2) snusat (cutoff isnt disclosed)....Read More
