Entrance Preview

The entrance exam is pretty tough and a student should join a coaching institute from very start to be able to crack the entrance examination. The course is very vast and the student needs time to prepare all the areas for the entrance examination. The student requires 45% aggregate marks in class 12.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was designed for 4 years / 8 semesters and lesson plan was prepared in a way that it would cover the basics of class 11 and class 12 so that the students get to revise the basics as well as they are able to clear their unresolved doubts too. This helps them solidify and make their base of concrete nature.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees wasn't high as compared to other colleges but students still prefer to try for scholarship programs or apply for education loans. The students were told to try to go for options like partnered banks or government banks since they offer better options and low rate of interest and quick sanction of loans.

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship was introduced by the college so that the students study more hard and get more good results to be able to get scholarship as well as help the students to decrease the burden of education loans from them for atleast first year by 25 % waiver on tuition fees. The scholarship offers are limited in number.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni of the college convinced me to try out this college and told me that I would never regret my decision since this is one of the best and finest institution offering engineering courses in the country. She helped me fill the application form and gave me tips to crack the entrance exam also.

"Overall, a satisfying college experience"

Placement Experience:

In our college students become elegible for placement after 5th and 6th sem . Preplacement drive such as aptitude test , coding session, group discussion may start from 4th sem . I'm not sure wether i take placement from my college or by myself but my goal after completing my degree is to take a repotative job as software engineer.

The feeling of being in IIT Roorkee

Placement Experience:

Placements are good as you all know its IIT. The avg package of all branches is still around 20 LPA . For CS its around 35-40 LPA. And for all other branches its greater than 15 LPA. Im a first year student so i have not seated in placement but there are so many companies that visit iit roorkee for placements, like google,microsoft, ibm, oracle, etc Highest package secured by a student this year is 1.5 crore. Nearly 95 percent of students get placed every year for sure. My plans after degree is to get placed and do my job.

Is it one of the best private college ?

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good here many companies comes at campus every year each year the number of companies increases and the highest package is about 32LPA and students are allowed from 7 semester to enroll in campus placement program 100% placement is assured if u are scoring more than 7.5 CGPA and having no backlogs at all my plans are to get degree and try to get the campus placement if possible

IIT ROORKEE - A SCRUPULOUS REVIEW

Placement Experience:

Iit roorkee provide better Placement opportunities than any other college. It has it's placement and intership cell . Gold man Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, graviton and quantbox are the big recruiters which visit my college. Placement are good with average package of 1800000 per annum. If someone don't get on campus then cell helps in getting off campus placement. Enormous amd strong alumini network helps in getting off campus placement.

I choose this college of others because i wanted to continue to study in a budget friendly and well reputable college of dehradun. No i didn't get any rejection cause i dont applied in any another college. SCE is best in Dehradun

Admission criteria are different as I took admission under SC category so it was 67% cut-off for me as otherwise it was 81%. One just have to come to the college and seal the deal by filling the admission form. We are informed on call, mail and WhatsApp if our name is there in the cut-off list.
