Entrance Preview

The students will submit their AIEEE score with a very good rank and then the college will analyze their profile and past performances before making any offer. The students have to be gone under a lot of evaluations to make an impression in the eyes of the college admission desk. The management is very good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum aims to provide and offer best quality engineering education in both the domains of theory and practical and help them implement computer science and engineering in a single branch of knowledge. The visiting faculties are often invited to share their views through guest lectures.

Internships Opportunities

Internship teaches the students differently and no one can compare it to the other theoretical or practical knowledge. The students are given stipend of Rs4000 per month in the duration of 2 months and they will prepare a project based on their experiences in the internship program. A truly amazing experience.

Placement Experience

The college invites the amazing firms to the college to hire the best and fresh talent in their companies and take it to new horizons and heights. The college has also given training education and has planned things accordingly. Each student is given mock interviews so that they can learn through their mistakes.

"Overall, a satisfying college experience"

Placement Experience:

In our college students become elegible for placement after 5th and 6th sem . Preplacement drive such as aptitude test , coding session, group discussion may start from 4th sem . I'm not sure wether i take placement from my college or by myself but my goal after completing my degree is to take a repotative job as software engineer.

The feeling of being in IIT Roorkee

Placement Experience:

Placements are good as you all know its IIT. The avg package of all branches is still around 20 LPA . For CS its around 35-40 LPA. And for all other branches its greater than 15 LPA. Im a first year student so i have not seated in placement but there are so many companies that visit iit roorkee for placements, like google,microsoft, ibm, oracle, etc Highest package secured by a student this year is 1.5 crore. Nearly 95 percent of students get placed every year for sure. My plans after degree is to get placed and do my job.

Is it one of the best private college ?

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good here many companies comes at campus every year each year the number of companies increases and the highest package is about 32LPA and students are allowed from 7 semester to enroll in campus placement program 100% placement is assured if u are scoring more than 7.5 CGPA and having no backlogs at all my plans are to get degree and try to get the campus placement if possible

B.tech Cse course is good as I see that AI rises quickly in this generation which looks good for future. College must increase lab for more practical exercises in labs for better learning, Timings must ne atleast 2 to 3 hour's for better learning.

IIT ROORKEE - A SCRUPULOUS REVIEW

Placement Experience:

Iit roorkee provide better Placement opportunities than any other college. It has it's placement and intership cell . Gold man Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, graviton and quantbox are the big recruiters which visit my college. Placement are good with average package of 1800000 per annum. If someone don't get on campus then cell helps in getting off campus placement. Enormous amd strong alumini network helps in getting off campus placement.

Honest Review from A future Business man

I choose this college of others because i wanted to continue to study in a budget friendly and well reputable college of dehradun. No i didn't get any rejection cause i dont applied in any another college. SCE is best in Dehradun

Admission criteria are different as I took admission under SC category so it was 67% cut-off for me as otherwise it was 81%. One just have to come to the college and seal the deal by filling the admission form. We are informed on call, mail and WhatsApp if our name is there in the cut-off list. I applied for Graphic Era University and I was invited too for counseling but at the same time I was getting confirmed admissions here as well. 81% was the cut-off for BBA ar Shivalik College of Engineering and I had a slight more than that.
