Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the course as I needed to pursue further in the same stream. The faculty-student ratio is adequate there are many teachers who teach different subjects in the stream. They are highly qualified with PHD. and M.ed degrees. Examinations are taken on a semester basis timely and results are published online.

Class Size: 800Course Fees: INR 4000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships are provided in the college based on campus placements only. Same as TCS and some local companies allow the students for the same. It is needed to be developed and colleges should bring in more companies

Placement Experience

There is a new campus placements service started in the college. I cannot recall the name of the company exactly but there was a steel plant that took a test for placement. And the package was around 3-4 lakhs p.a. Campus placements are not so frequent and needed to enhance for students' benefit.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for the course id very nominal. And also scholarships like kanyashree and Swamivivekanada etc. are provided on the campus itself. I don't any would have faced any problem regarding fee structure in this college as it is government subsidised.

Campus Life

Every year there is an Annual function held in the college in which freshers are welcomed. There is a general test taken before every semester to test the ability of a person. There are a lot of books available in the Library that any student can take for a specific period to learn. There are scouts training also given in the college. Many Social programs are also held in college from time to time.

Admission

My College Premises was very nice and adequate. Teachers are highly qualified and always maintain discipline in the college. It is NAAC A+ accredited college that also provides campusing. The exam form is totally Online based thus no one needs to hustle. Admission is strictly provided on a merit basis. Several master courses are also provided on the college campus. Overall I can just say it is the best college in Asansol.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

SAJC - From The Eye of a Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average , I chose this course because I wanted to do an honours degree and I'm from commerce background so my first pick was B.Com . They really put efforts to prepare students for well future , as I said earlier some teachers are genuinely very good helpful supporting and good at what they do . Something they need to approve is the 70% attendance criteria, I think they need to understand not every student is just persuing graduation they are doing some other courses or jobs etc so they can't maintain 70% attendance . There is no specific eligibility of this course if you have passed out from Commerce stream rather atleast you have 45% marks in HS in overall subjects .The application form will get at every cyber Cafe to take admission and then you have to visit College at BBA department office to Book your seat after filling form in cyber Cafe.The semester fees you have to pay in college at BBA department office .There is no problem to take admission whether you come from any Cast .In my opinion I want to see full admission process at cyber cafe....Read More
