Course Curriculum Overview
The subjects in BMS are very practical and BMS gives you the opportunity to explore more unlike BFIA and BSc as in the final year, you can choose your specialization in BMS. there are usually 70 to 75 students in one class and the faculty is very qualified. The exams are always conducted timely and attendance is something SSCBS is very strict about.
Internships Opportunities
To be honest, not everyone in the college gets an on-campus internship but if you apply for a post you truly aspire for, you will get it because you will work hard for it. Almost every internship opportunity is paid.
Placement Experience
Almost everyone with a good enough resume gets a placement at SSCBS. The Placement Cell of the college is very active. Companies such as Bain, DeShaw, McKinsey, Havells, and Samagra visit the college for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Considering the facilities you get at SSCBS, the fee is very affordable for general students too. Financial Aid is also provided to students. Summer internship opportunities as well as final placements provided by the college. Almost everyone with a good enough resume gets a placement.
Campus Life
The annual fest of the college is called Crecendo which will happen in 2023, the first time after covid. The college library is well maintained with all the subject-related, fiction as well as nonfiction books. Classrooms have projectors and ACs with comfortable seats. There are a lot of societies in the college, one for everything.
Admission
The eligibility criteria for BMS and BBAFIA is 60% marks in 10+2 with Maths and English compulsory. When I got admission to SSCBS I had to give DUJAT whereas, from 2023, Students have to appear for CUET which includes 3 topics i.e. general knowledge and domain-specific topics.
