B Tech is an engineering course . So anyone who want to pursue engineering carrier can choose this . NSUT is a prestigious college in Delhi for engineering course . There are very good and highly qualified professors and faculty.

Placement Experience

The placement at NSUT is very good . An average package of 18lpa is offered . It is also a tier 1 college . So the placement and internship opportunities are very good. A lot of big companies like Microsoft apple Google gives placement and internship to students. 1.2 crore lpa package is also offered to students .

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure for the B Tech course is 219000 for 1st year , 229000 for 2nd year , 240000 for 3rd year and 250000 for 4th year . But there is a good chance of getting scholarship. Delhi students can get a financial assistance by Merit cum Means scholarship in edistrict Delhi website . The internship and placement is very good in this college.

Campus Life

There , you will enjoy a good quality of college life . There is a fest named moksha which is one of the best fest in city. Also tech fest is organized by IEEE nsut. There is a big library containing mostly books needed. There are lot of societies in NSUT which you can join. Also winter sports and other tournaments are held timely for sports.

Admission

Admission done through JEE Mains exam. You can give JEE if you have passed 12th within 3 days and chosen physics , chemistry and maths . You can apply for JEE in jeemain.nta.ac.in . Then the Admission is done through JEE cutoff basis.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course curriculum at DTU is quite relevant and comprehensive. The reason I chose this course was the mix of strong fundamentals in the first year—like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Programming—followed by department-specific core and elective courses that allow some flexibility and specialization. The curriculum gives a solid foundation for both real-world applications and further studies, especially through hands-on projects and lab work. That said, some areas could be improved, like including more industry exposure, internships, and practical case studies to bridge theory and real-world problems. Exams happen twice a semester (mid-terms and end-terms) and include assignments and projects as part of evaluation. While most exams are manageable if you keep up with the coursework, a few subjects can be challenging, and preparation is key to avoid surprises.

NIT Delhi: A Balanced Blend of Academics, Opportunities, and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The annual placements at NIT Delhi are consistently getting better year by year where the top branches such as CSE, ECE, and IT are leading the way with their strong placement rates. Many students get hired at very attractive salaries by well-established companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Microsoft, and Amazon. For example, the CTC of the best offers have reached as high as ?15–20 LPA in some instances. The Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical branches also contribute to the university’s overall placement record to some extent. Those students usually boost the available opportunities for themselves by taking up internships and off-campus offers. Moreover, the students who fail to get a job on the campus can still benefit out of the college atmosphere where the strong basics of coding, projects, and practical skills are taught which makes the students quite employable at startups, off-campus, or even when going for higher studies like M.Tech/GATE/abroad. Great Placements but Campus needs improvements

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements. Almost 90% students gets placed. The top companies are Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Google and Adobe. The highest package is 53 lacks and the average package is 20 lacs. I plan to become a software engineer after i complete my course or study further.

A decent college

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students get hired, obviously, and they get a decent package. Highest package from our college is 52 LPA. Average package is 7-8 LPA. Highest package off campus is 1.2 Cr. Per annum.

All about NSUT

I got into this college through the JEE mains exam I selected this college specifically to take admission in the computer science branch as it has great placements over all. Comparing this college to DTU or some mid level iits I would say that as far as placements are considered they all line on the same level and did you as a little bit chiller college life compared to nsuity but yes overall the placements are more or less the same level of these colleges...Read More

NSUT - A place you can be at!

I wanted Computer/IT which I was getting in NSIT. Also it was close to my house so that was a plus. Admission process was simple. Apply on josa website and select your branches and wait for the results.
