Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because of the increase in demand for people in IT .faculty student ratio is 1:30.all the staffs are PhD holders and they teach well and self-study is much needed to shine here. the exams are conducted almost once a month. the exams are not much easy to pass and proper preparation is needed to score well

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are reduced year by year for students admitted through centac .students admitted through JOSSA fees remain constant. students are supported by the alumni association of the college and the nation's scholar portal. the college has a training and placement center which got almost 90 companies visited every year.

Campus Life

The annual festival conducted every year is named PECOFES .they conduct this pecofes almost march or April month of every year. the library has almost 3 floors and more than 40000 books are there. the college also has groups like a literary club, photography club, NSS, Tamil mandram

The admission is divided into several ways: *Contact (only for residents of pondy)-fees for the first year is 32,000 and 13,851 for the subsequent year in this college. *Josaa (through JEE) Cut off expected is above 75% Fees:1,50,000 for all years *Self-supporting seats known as management seats Fees:1,50,000

Placement Experience:

I got into SMVEC First, after a month later, i got into my current college PTU in which everything was better than SMVEC, SMVEC is a lot more like a school, while PTU is more like a college where the staffs dont consider about any rules, but they be on time and perfect when it comes to studies.
