Remarks

I opted for this college through MHT-CET exam, that is the common entrance test for engineering colleges in Maharashtra. Anyone can get the details of all the application related matters on the official website of the college. I secured 89.3 percentile in MHT-CET so i was eligble for almost all branches (excluding C-TECH,CSE) being an OBC student. I took admitted under TFWS for B.TECH in Mechanical as per my interest. The admission process is quite lengthy I'd like it to get a bit short of time.

Course Curriculum Overview

I took this course due to my interest in the field. The faculties are available abundantly with higher qualifications and higher experience as well as knowledge. The teaching methods are conventional and are upgrading slowly. The exams are right on track and no delays happen.

Internships Opportunities

The internships are on campus as well off campus and the companies involved are Tech Mahindra, TCS, Cognizant, etc. The projects performed are also very fruitful as they help in put a good front ahead for the companies to provide more and more opportunities as well as also helps to gain a good experience.

Placement Experience

There are many opportunities offered by the college and the campus placement is very reliable for the students, the companies involved are we knew and very effective. Rather than placements college also helps and encourages students to have different plans after the completion of the course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite hectic for the general category and OBC students whereas for the reserved category students have a huge benefit. There is an aid for scholarships and students can also admit under the TFWS scheme for financial aid. The College has tie-ups with many MNCs and good companies which provide ample amount of opportunities.

Campus Life

The College is well known for its fests and events throughout the city comparatively. It takes place throughout the year and the sports activities are also quite good as there are representatives in the university games. There is a huge library with sufficient resources for all the students for free and access is very easy for the issuance of the study material.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Electronics and telecommunication engineering is best branch. And there is also best teaching of hardware as well as software and also in which attendance is mandatory. They shows how to use the academics with real world applications. By taking hardware practicals. I think no need of improvement but i gives improvement in attendance. Please don't take attendance mandatory.

I had applied many engineering colleges in Nagpur including GH Raisoni, Priyadarshini, Ramdeo Baba College, KDK college etc. i got the admission letter from GH raisoni but i go for YCCE college because it has good reputation and goo placements compared to other collges in nagpur. I couldn't secure seat in Ramdeo Baba College of engineering during first and second cap rounds. YCCE Review

I applied to Ramdeobaba, G.H.Raisoni , Sipna, YCCE. Got confirmed admisssion for all the colleges except Ramdeobaba. YCCE offers better teaching and placements as compared to other colleges in this list. I got rejected in Ramdeobaba due to the cut-off percentage being too high and me not being able to fullfil it.
