Talking about the admission process you can get admission here by scoring a good score in mht-cet & jee. You can't get direct admission here. For cs cutoff of cet goes around the 97 percentile and for IT cutoff is around the 96 percentile. The admission process is easy if you carry all documents properly.

Course Curriculum Overview

Talking about courses and faculty, courses are very clear. The faculty is so supportive. Also if you go to the faculty for some projects they give extra projects too and they help also. Practical knowledge is the main thing they think. Teaching is good. Around semester wise exam happens.

Overall Fees structure went around 1,67,000 rupees for 1 year. 4 years of engineering which means 6,68,000 rs. Fees. You can apply for the MahaDBT scholarship according to your cast, category, ews, etc. Campus jobs are generally not allowed till now.

Campus Life

The college infrastructure is above average. U will get so much space inside the CPUs. We have ground to play where we can play cricket kho kho kabbadi basketball volleyball etc games. Also, we have a hostel but the hostel is pretty costly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.

VIIT -a good option?

1) I applied to VIT pune ,COEP pune ,PICT pune,CUMMINS ,PCCOE . I didnt get these colleges because i didnt have percentile for merit for that college i had 95.84 percentile and their cutoff for CS branch was 97 at that time which was difficult for me . 2)students can enroll in our college using MHTCET and JEE mains score .Through cet cell there are cap rounds total three and last one spot round (may have changed now).Apart from this there are no tests or exams to get an admission in this college...Read More
