My four years in heaven

It is one of the best colleges in india. I will only write the positive points except one that it might not have facilities equivalent to really expensive private colleges

I had appeared for AIEEE and i got 640 state rank in this exam. This is one of the best colleges in uttarakhand. Really cheap with decent facilities. The best part was the hostel life.

The course is really. We had some really talented professors having great knowledge of the subject. The labs are big for any student to enhance his practical knowledge.Being a mechanical Engineer i had visited every lab regarding every subject of mine.

I dont think our college provides internship. I was passed out in 2011. I am not very much sure about the current scenario.

The placement is decent. Our college students always outperforms other college studenta. I got placements in two companies.the most important being a hoselite you will get an atmosphere where u will a learn a lot. During exams you will find everyone stidying so even if you don't want to study you will have to

We have an annual cultural fest called goong which is really awesome. You will see some awesome performances from the students and from the teachers as well. Then we have Tech-fest where we have different event showcasing your technical knowledge and creativity. Then in winters we had sports meet

It ia really cheap. I had to pay 48000 a year including 20000 of mess fees. Rs 24000 tution fees for a year. You can survive there without a penny in your pocket. Really cheap place with adequate facilities.i won't say it has best of facilities but i would say at such a cost you won't get anything better

There is scholarship for SC/ST candidates and for OBCs below creamy layer. The toppers also get some schloraship but i am not very much sure about this.

Gender ratio was decent. There is some reservations for girls. For Extracurricular activities you will get enough opportunities. Every year Robotics and other technical events are conducted by the college students. For sports you will get enough time and decent facilities

The hostel are decent. With hostels having single Room for final year students. Upto final year you will have to share your room. The mess is not awesome but it is fair. You will get meal of your day including snacks in the evening. Everything is good if not best

This is the best part of our college. As you live in hostels you develop a really awesome bonding with your seniors and juniors. So they will help you upto the best when time co es

No, there are two semesters per year and around 6 monthly tests a year. You will get enough time for everything. You can prepare for other exams as well if you are interested. It is a autonomous college so exams depends on college administration. Unlike private colleges you can do anything and still you will have ample time for yourself

Through AIEEE exam. I am a resident of uttarakhand so, i had domicile of uttarakhand.you will have to get a state rank less than 1000. Then in state councelling you can opt for this college selecting the branch of your choice.You can again appear if you fail first time in re-councelling

To be very frank we had some very good professors post graduated from IITs and other decent colleges of India. Likewise every other college there were fair professors and some not that good teachers. But the ambience there will support your studies in a great way
