Remarks

For admission, everyone has to enrol for Cusat admission test CAT. Admission is based on CAT rank. It is an all-India level examination. Also, there are many reservation seats are available in admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is a bit hard but the faculties are highly experienced and talented so their teaching skills made us feel the syllabus bit easier. Extra curriculum activities are also there. The cultural and technical fest will be conducted yearly.

Placement Experience

A good number of companies are visiting colleges for placement. The majority are IT companies. Many students especially students other than computer science and information technology are also getting placed in IT companies. Also, some get placed on their own core companies

Fees and Financial Aid

For State merit, 44500/- yearly and for All India merit fess will be double of state merit seats. Reservation categories got lesser fees. They are providing details of every possible scholarship. Also, so many students availing of government scholarships in college

Campus Life

Campus life is so good. The college is not big. And under development. So students are not satisfied with the infrastructure. There are various clubs to enhance students' talents like tinker hub and SoC. Annually college conducts an art fest called sattva. Sports are also there

Hostel Facilities

Only girls hostel is there that too only for 21 students. Others have to stay in private hostels or as paying guests in nearby houses. This is a difficulty faced by students Hostel fees are affordable and mess is also good

The university is very much reputed when compared to other universities. It was my great wish from childhood onwards to study under Cochin University. The conducts an examination named CUSAT CAT (COMMON ADMISSION TEST) every year. Students can attend the computer-based test and ranklist will be published in the university website afterwards. Students with top ranks will be allotted. The overall admission procedure through 3 allotments and followed by spot allotment for which the student should be present at the university in the exact date and time informed by the officials.
