Course Curriculum Overview:

Syllabus was well structured and job oriented. Today is the era of Artifical intelligence and based on that the syllabus is maintained. We have machine learning ,data mining , and big data analysis . There are frequent exams after the completion of two modules so that we can study properly. I think it should be good if they improve parctical sessions

Our college was best at providing maximum support to students who were good at arts
Provides maximum support for those who like to participate for sports

Dislikes

Rain and flood always affects tge college campus
There are some facililties that have to be improved
The lab is not good enough for us to practics

Placement Experience:

The college provides good placements. The companies they provide for placements are also good. TCS, Accenture, CISCO have all come for placements to our college. Number of companies visited was about 100.About 60 percentage of students got placed. My plan after degree is to get placed in a good company

College at the heart of kuttanad

Likes

Academic structure is pretty good. Exams will be conducted earlier and the results will also be published at the earliest.
Value of the university is pretty good. Placement options are also comparatively better.
Classes are arranged daily and the teachers are always available there with all support

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not that good. It's just average
The campus itself is said to be in a very rural area and so there a some drawbacks. Reaching the city area is a lil bit time consuming.
Internship option is not provided. Only project submission is allowed. But main campus (CUSAT) allows both the options.

Placements are pretty good. Well reputed companies are offering Placement options. Cusat is providing a personal email to it's students and this even help us while applying for jobs and Placements. After covid pandamic placements become comparatively lower than before.

No UPI payments in the soe store which is a little tough
Frequency of events have reduced this year than previous years due to a accident
College has comparatively higher fees than other govt colleges in kerala

Almost every students without backlogs get placed here , getting placement here is easy you have to pass all the sem exams without any supply and maintain a higher cgpa then you will get easily placed.25lpa is the highest placement,average is 6lpa I think almost 80% students get placed,from 6th semester onwards placement procedures starts

Faculties are good enough. They really help alot. Facilities of all the labs are available here except one or two laboratory.
Classes are regular. You must have to attend 75% classes. Somehow, if you don't get that, not to worry much. If you have better coordination with teachers then you will get 75% attendance. And that's really helpful for North Indian students
Overall we all want placement from any colleges and here the placement is much much better. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, L & t, Mahindra etc come here for placement.

Dislikes

Location of this college is not as per your expectations. In rainy season, colleges are off because there is a lot of water surroundings in your hostel, colleges. Sometimes you have to vacate you hostel.
Only one famous shop is available m.c stores where you get edible items if you want to go restaurants, theatre, then either you take bus or you have to go through your own bike.
No any college hostel available here and that's really a major problem for all the students.

Placement Experience:

Placement is overall good in this college. You become eligible for campus placements from semester 5. Too many companies come for placements. Famous companies like TCS, Infosys, L & t, Mahindra, Wipro, congnizant, Byjus', Nokia. Overall we can say placement rate of this college is much better and there is no improvement in this field. The average package is 5 lakhs and highest is 30 lakhs.

An average college life

As the campus is very small and the no of children are very less we have a great interaction with everyone which is not possible at many of the other colleges . We have commitments with almost all the students studying there.The campus is very good
in those aspects. Also the teachers are quite good here and they do their level best for the great future of the students.as the students are quite less they have to focus only on a few . And the greatest of all is that the campus is situated in a
remote area which provides a great opportunity for studies. It has an environmental friendly atmosphere . Placements are very often happening in the campus. Satisfied.

Dislikes

The infrastructure of the college is too bad that it has only one building and all the facilities are low. As I said before as it is located in a remote area we are not able to satisfy our needs in that particular area and is forced to move to other
town areas which is kilometres apart from the college and the transportation seems to be difficult .
The college has no good toilets and basic needs .

Placement Experience:

From sem 5 that is 3 year students are eligible for the campus placements. Many companies like IBM , Cisco,TCS, and many other visited the campus with good packages an average of 1 lakh per month is provided Almost 80% of students get placement .planning to go for jobs preferably through campus selection.

You should clear all areas for attending campus placements. TCS IBM WIPRO MALAYALA MANORAMA etc visited.600000 is the highest package. You can study MBA, MTECH after the course. About 90% of students are placed.
