In my opinion all should have the same fee structure or it should be based on the marks of the students.in some rare cases the high caste people shouldn't have the appropriate money for the fees. They are only high in caste but dont have money. So the fee structure should be equal for all students in the college. As per my opinion scholarship should be provide on the basis of marks of the student and not to the caste of the students. we Applied for scholarships for a long period of time but it get too late to receive them.
