Remarks
The college environment is good, and this entire course is of 4 years duration. Our college sports club with faculty members are awesome. You never regret choosing this college. teachers here are good, and you will learn many new things regarding agricultural sciences. You can also join the PG course in our college only, and you can also join the research institute. Teachers help us with perfect learning, but they don't provide notes.
Course Curriculum Overview
B.Sc. Agri Hons includes 8 semesters for a 4-years duration. Each semester includes nearly 8-10 courses which will provide a base about all aspects of agriculture and applied fields. Teachers here are qualified and have contributed to research fields too.
Placement Experience
I have no idea about placements. Seniors are either pursuing a PhD, or they are working as JRF. I haven't heard that even one of our seniors has been placed in any company. Students are worried about their future. There is no job security in this university for M.Sc and MBB students.
Fees and Financial Aid
In this course, you won't be able to get any kind of recruitment. You have to depend on government vacancies or have to find private jobs. You can also try for some of the competitive exams like UPSC KAS, and PSI exams. Per year they provide 28000 Scholarship
Campus Life
I am satisfied with the college, but the campus needs a lot of improvement. The hostel is not good enough, but the department and the labs are pretty well. Equipment and devices are available which are required for research, and the library is very good. Wi-Fi is very slow. PG hostels are very far from departments. Department's infrastructure is very good.
