Remarks

This college accepts CET and JEE scores. It has cut off of 97%tile for CS for the open category. One can get a scholarship only if he or she applies through the CAP admission process. All the admission process is online. The only issue with the college is the nearby area which is not so adorable.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen the IT field. The faculties are very helpful. As autonomous college students don't have to carry unnecessary burdens. Mostly all teachers are Ph.D. holders with huge experience in the best college in Maharashtra.

Internships Opportunities

Though I have not gone through internships as heard, the senior college provides good internships opportunity. Also, the main aim of the college is project-based learning rather than just doing bookish stuff.

Placement Experience

Near all good students get placement including mechanical and civil. Also, one can get an average of 7-8lakh easily if belongs to the tech branch. My plan after pursuing the degree is to get a good job.

Fees and Financial Aid

So the total fee for the open category is 1,75000. But one can get benefits according to their category. You can check the fees on their official website. Also from the second year, it provides paid internships.

The college has numerous including the entrepreneur development club and the Ted x club. All types of clubs are present, one can choose according to their Interest. Also, many insta pages and sites are run by the club members itself

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.

VIIT -a good option?

1) I applied to VIT pune ,COEP pune ,PICT pune,CUMMINS ,PCCOE . I didnt get these colleges because i didnt have percentile for merit for that college i had 95.84 percentile and their cutoff for CS branch was 97 at that time which was difficult for me . 2)students can enroll in our college using MHTCET and JEE mains score .Through cet cell there are cap rounds total three and last one spot round (may have changed now).Apart from this there are no tests or exams to get an admission in this college...Read More
