College Ambience

My Admission was on the basis of marks obtained during the 12th board examination. The admission form was available on the Delhi University website. All the required information like application fees and application dates was available on the website itself. But the admission process has changed from this year onwards. Delhi University has started to select students through the examination of CUET.

The reason I chose my course was my interest in the subject. The faculty: student ratio is about 1:15.The course curriculum is pretty decent. The amount and content are doable. The faculty here have Ph.D. and are net qualified. The faculty here is one of the best. Term exams were timely with each semester having a duration of around 4 months.

The fee is around 20000 per year. In all about 19 prizes and 23 scholarships are offered to undergraduate as well as postgraduate students. The award of the prizes and scholarships is done through duly constituted staff council committees. That is the scholarship, prize, and fee concession committee.

Life at college is nice. The atmosphere here and the time spent throughout the course are the best. College provides opportunities and facilities for overall personality development. Practical labs are well equipped with the latest instruments and are maintained by the college. We have a Basketball ground and a huge ground where students can actively participate in sports. The canteen here is also really good although it is a little bit expensive for me.
