Remarks
The admission took place through JEE main exam. The application form and all the other exam details are available on the nta website. There are plenty of reservation benefits for sc/St/obc and other categories. There is also a home state quota for students who passed their class 12 from a school in Delhi. Overall the admission process was decent, however since It was during covid, everything was online making it much easier but also much less enjoyable.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum for my branch (CSAM) is decently difficult. I choose this branch because I was somewhat interested in mathematics. The faculty: student ratio is decent as the student count is relatively low compared to other colleges. All the faculties are highly qualified with PhDs from top universities in the country.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities are also very good as almost 150 students out of 600+ get internship offers. Getting internship becomes very easy if you have a cgpa of 8 and above with no backlogs. Even if you don't get an internship, it doesn't affect your chances of placement at all.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible after their third year of college. The placements have been very good over the years considering this is a relatively new college compared to other colleges of this level. There are almost 100 % placements in all of the branches with an average of 20+ LPA. Even if you don't want placements, you can opt for higher studies with are easier if you score very good marks.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is very high (187500 per semester) which makes it a difficult choice for students to consider. There are some scholarship opportunities but even after that it is quite difficult for students to afford because students have to pay the fees first after which the scholarship money is distributed.
Campus Life
The infrastructure is one of the best things about this college. There are plenty of good quality classrooms and lecture halls. Although the campus is not that big covering only 25 acres of land, it has most of the amenities of decent quality. There are many activities for students to enjoy throughout their college life. There is a library with plenty of books and publications. There is also a sports complex with a swimming pool l, gym, squash courts, table tennis, snooker, etc. Overall campus life is enjoyable if you are decent in studies because this is a very academically oriented college focusing on studies more than extra-curricular activities.
