Remarks

So it is a DU college. Du releases its cut-off of different colleges. You need to check which college is good for you according to your percentage, and there is a form by Delhi university to fill out before you are ready to go to that college and take all your documents with you. The admission department checks all your documents and asks you to submit fees, and then the admission process is over.

I chose this course because I was from a commerce background. So I thoughts B.com (home) is the best because it's related to the CA course. I could choose CA, so I should go with this course only. It was a girl's college, and there were 34 girls in my class Our professors are very qualified and very experienced, and their teaching methods are way much better than the other college teachers. But our faculty didn't listen to us, and they are not providing the entire facility to us. Our term exams are tough to pass. Because the paper is set by Delhi university, not by the college itself. There are several colleges at Delhi university, so they take term exams according to that.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our fees are so reasonable anybody can afford that money for their study. For my course, they are taking 11899 costs per year. Which is very good, and they also provide practical library facilities and sports. They are also providing campus placement, but there is one problem with all jobs related to sales or marketing, which is not preferred by all. And there are also facilities for those who are below the poverty line. Their fees are reduced by 50%.

Campus Life

Our annual fest's name is UDAAN. And there are also stream-wise fests, like our commerce fest, which is separated from the annual fest. And every book is present in the library of our colleges, but they are ancient addition this is a concern for students. Our classes are not back to back. There is a gap of 1 hour, or sometimes they are back to support. And also, our sports or NCC are perfect activities we can do in our free time, or there are separate classes for these sports. And also they provide us training in sports or parades for NCC DRILL COMPETITIONS. And our social media group name is Kalindi placement cell, and Kalindi College is our college group. Kryptos is also our placement cell name on social media

Placement Experience:

Students from 3rd year onwards may sit for placements. There are several companies visiting our college for placements, such as Zomato, Tech Mahindra, EY, MagicPin, etc. My plans after getting the degree personally include pursuing a PG degree.

When students enter 3rd year of their college , they are eligible to sit for placements but should have minimum 8 CGPA .A lot of companiess visit campus , details of companies are on the website of college.The highest placement till now is 20 Lakhs per Annum and average goes around 6-7 Lakhs per Annum. A decent percentage of students get placed. Honestly most students here are pursuing professional courses so they don't sit for placements instead continue with their courses .

Why DU has the best college life

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that great but decent. Mostly placements are good in the north campus but still my college provides decent placements. However one has to maintain their academic score for the same and be consistent.

Kalindi: The off Campus Star of DU !

There were several Reasons to choose Kalindi: It's an all girls college so it felt comparatively more Safer than the Co-ed ones. Also, this might be an unpopular opinion but the Boys were not there to make mischiefs so there was a good built-in environment for Study. Girls were there to manage each and everything. Either it was NCC, NSS, Sports, Societies or even Student Union, girls were incharge of literally everything and it used to feel very proud and wholesome.
