Remarks

There is no such improvement needed for candidates just higher more people for a fast process, One need to clear the cutoff of mhtcet which is 97 above percentile for CS admission. Every form filling is completed in E building.

Course Curriculum Overview

Everyone wants admission to CS because of the placement, teachers student ratio is about 1:80. Most of the teachers are Ph.D. or pursuing a Ph.D., as there is a semester pattern there is in sem and end sem exam every semester.

There are more than 150 companies that have visited for placements the highest was 32 lakh and the average package was about 7-8 lakh most of the students in CS and IT branches get placement and core companies visit no. Is about 5% which offers dream packages, some famous companies visit are NVidia, amazon, Wipro, and TCS.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 1,69,000 Rs. for open candidates, 50% scholarship for OBC and for SC candidates the fee is 20000, nearly the cost for 1 year is 2,69000 with rent and food, internships are available or you can do the project with faculty.

Campus Life

There are more than 30 clubs in college most famous are Vishwa racers which make f1 racer cars every year this year they got 8th rank in India, another there is EDC, TEDx, etc. Sports are conducted every year inter-department and college level

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.

VIIT -a good option?

1) I applied to VIT pune ,COEP pune ,PICT pune,CUMMINS ,PCCOE . I didnt get these colleges because i didnt have percentile for merit for that college i had 95.84 percentile and their cutoff for CS branch was 97 at that time which was difficult for me . 2)students can enroll in our college using MHTCET and JEE mains score .Through cet cell there are cap rounds total three and last one spot round (may have changed now).Apart from this there are no tests or exams to get an admission in this college...Read More
