Remarks

I took admission in history Hons. The form for applying for admission was present on the Delhi university website www.du.ac.in. . Once our admission is confirmed based on the cutoff, we apply for colleges and courses.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

One of the main reasons for choosing LSR was its excellent faculty and infrastructure. After being a part of this institution, I came to realize that whatever I heard of the college was true. The teaching staff is brilliant and experienced. LSR prepares us not only for the semester examinations but also for prospects. It also offers a wide range of curricular that help boost our overall development.

Internships Opportunities

4

The placement cell of the LSR brings internships to students. Every week at least 2-3 internships are brought to us along with boot camps and training sessions. A stipend for the internships varies from unpaid to 6k per month and even more as well.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement rate of LSR is counted among the highest in DU. Companies like Deloitte, Wipro, and major tech and financial giants bring to college a no. of job opportunities for students not only from the science dept. but also from various other fields.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee structure varies from course to course. However, in comparison to other colleges, it is very affordable. Being a part of DU, its students are entitled to a no. of scholarships from the University including those from various sections of society

Campus Life

4.5

My life on campus has been amazing till now. LSR is a plethora of activities. From conducting annual fest like Tarang to everyday sessions of the Drama Society, LSR is a hub of a no. Of activities. Nescafe and the cafeteria are the hotspots of ideas where discussions on almost every issue take place. The lawns of the college add life to it. They are the most loved spot during winter for embracing sunlight. There are 24 societies in LSR covering dance, music, debating, environment, and every other aspect

Course Curriculum Overview:

The IGNOU course curriculum is comprehensive and relevant, especially for distance and open learning. Studying with IGNOU course can help in clearing your basics as well as detailed understanding of the topics. It is useful in preperation of government exams as well. The exams are conducted each year or every 6 months for different types of courses so the time to study and prepare is enough.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like my course because from the beginning I had to study Political Science under Bachelor of Arts. Also, this course is taught very well in the college but if some changes are made in it like language and selection of the right professor then it will be even better. Also, the exams in the college are held on time but the difficulty level is also different.
