Remarks

Usually, there is an entrance exam for admission to this college based on your score on the exam. you get scholarships too. But I took late admissions, so I didn't get to write the exam. But ya based on your performance in other exams like your board percentage or comedk percentage, they offer you some scholarship.

Course Curriculum Overview

In my first year, first semester exams were online and second semester they were online. They usually conduct exams timely, and exams are not that difficult. They provide you with a question bank, and by studying through that, you can score good marks.

Fees and Financial Aid

I will say that college fees were a bit too high for me because I didn't give the entrance exam, but if you apply for the exam and get a scholarship, then it might be reasonable for you. For the last few years, due to corona crisis, the placement has been quite bad in this college.

Campus Life

Overall college is beautiful and huge in the area, but because of that, the main buildings of this college are pretty far, so it takes a bit of time to go from one place to another. For example, my hostel is about 800 meters far from the college. And since we entered college during the covid period, we didn't have much experience with club activities.

Hostel Facilities

The girl's hostel rooms are very nice. Though it costs a bit in lakhs, it seems worth it. U get your bed with a pillow and mattress+ bed sheet. A study table and chair and an almirah are also provided in rooms. And cleaners come pretty regularly to clean.

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
