Remarks

The admission process was very smooth and I got admission to this college through COMED-K, one can find the registration on comedk.org and give the exam. The counseling process took 55,000/- as counseling fees among which 5000 is non-refundable and 50k was reverted to the college. There is no reservation through Comedk selection.

Course Curriculum Overview

As this college is affiliated to VTU , the final exam of each semester are held by the university. The faculty is very supportive and also encourages students to study other than academics and focus on skillsets. The teaching method are somewhat normal to any engineering colleges in India. The course is completed ontime and exams are also being held timely

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities are not provided directly one should reach out to the faculties or HODs in order to apply for an internship. The faculties as well as HOD are very supportive regarding projects other than course projects.

Placement Experience

From the 6th semester onwards students are eligible for placements and there should be no active backlog in order to go through the placements process. This year, many good companies like One direct, Adobe, kickdrum, Mercedes Benz r&d, etc., visited our college and many students got placements in them. Also, overall placements are also good nearly everyone gets placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for ComedK students are high compared to CET students. The scholarships are available. The campus provides good jobs to students as this year, many good companies visited the college for placements and many students are placed at a decent package.

Campus Life

The Annual Fest of JSSATE Bangalore is known as JSS VERVE. Which is famous in Bangalore. The CSE department tech fest is called Anveshan. Here we organize different games and contests among students to encourage them towards programming as well as other non-academic activities also. The clubs are there at the campus to join in and participate in different events.

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

Placement Experience:

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

I chose this college because it's near to my house and I personally feel it's better than all the colleges in the vicinity, which includes RNSIT and SJBIT. I applied for Jee mains but i did'nt got good rank then i applied for COMEDK and i got cse in this college for 18k rank, I choose this college as compared to other private colleges here only limited number of students are there in cse so the competition is not very high Admission processes for our college is simple you have to go through COMEDK counselling there will be three rounds in every round you will have 4 options of freeze seat, accept and upgrade, reject and upgrade, reject.
